Excellent location!

This condo is in a great location. 15 minutes to the airport, 10 to the beach and shopping and attractions are not far. If you need an essentials, there's a Walmart or Costco with in 5 minutes. Your are 15 minutes from the Board walk at Myrtle. Broadway on the Beach is right there. We were in MB looking for a house and the location was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was clean and well appointed. We had a problem with hot water and the problem was fixed asap. Great stay-will stay again

Our pick to stay every year!

After trying several other condos in this community, this one is our favorite when we travel to be near my husband's parents who live in this community. This owner is quick to respond and the unit is well furnished and well maintained. We will be back!

Moving to South Carolina

This was the perfect place for us to stay We needed a home base not far from our new home. The place was very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the views of the golf course and had a great time

Calm, quiet, relaxing, comfortable. We came to Conway to leave one incoming college freshman behind, soā€¦šŸ˜¢, but the condo was spacious, clean, well provisioned. Basically just what youā€™d want. With a warm pool right down the way. Much appreciated!!! Thank youšŸ˜Š

Worst VRBO stay ever!

We arrived late, opened the door to find dirty carpet throughout the condo, fresh stains on rugs in the bathroom, sticky countertops, and a very dirty kitchen floor. The shower curtain in the second bathroom had mold/mildew on it. To say I was disgusted after traveling all day is an understatement. Dirt marks on several of the "clean" pillowcases did not help. I texted the property manager immediately with a detailed list of issues. He replied that evening that he would contact the cleaning company and have them come over in the morning. The morning came and went. I contacted him again, he asked me to call the cleaning company. At that time to people showed up. Rather incompetent, did not have the necessary supplies with them. I showed them around, they attempted to clean some items, then promised to come back with new linnens for the beds, clean rugs, and a new shower liner. They did return 4 hours later. They did not replace the rugs or shower liner. They vacuumed but did not mop the floors. I contacted the owner again and his reply was "I will address this with the cleaning Co. owner." No other offer to make it right. The condo had one half roll of papertowels, ONE garbage bag and two rolls of Toilet Paper. I had to buy more of all of them just to make it liveable. It would have been cleaper and cleaner to stay in a hotel. I have reached out to the rental company, hoping to resolve this before I wrote this review. The company has not responed. I would not reccommend this place to anyone. NOT what the photos show.

The condo was very clean and easy to find, the owner was very easy to contact. My husband called to get recommendations on nearby restaurant and shopping center the choices were wonderful. The condo is well maintain which made our stay wonderful *** LOVE IT WILL DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN....

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was so cute and very clean! Had what we needed to prepare meals and loved having a washer and dryer. The pool was fun on the first day but the second day it bleached out bathing suits so we didn't go back in. Overall a great experience. We will be back!
