2 person maximum. Queen bed, dressers, sliders to the outside, new bath and kitchen.The lawn winds down to the water and marina. You'll enjoy being on site on "the other side" of the harbor. You can hang outside on your patio, or on the lawn. Shared BBQ and picnic tables for seasonal tenants. Restaurant next door (currently closed due to pandemic restrictions) for the freshest seafood and waterfront cocktails 7 days/nights in season.
