Welcome to The Goondocks - 25 Redbud.

A beautiful 3 Bedroom- 2.5 Bathroom (plus media room) vacation home in Carlton Landing.

Walk down memory lane to the 1985 movie The Goonies- friendship, family, discovery, adventure, fun, hope and dream. You have found your treasure. This beautiful home will give you captivating and unforgettable memories designed by you and your loved ones.

The Goondocks is nestled in Redbud Park just a few steps away from Tower Court Pool. The home has a unique floor plan that is 3 stories. On the first floor you will find the main living area, the master suite with an attached bathroom, fully stocked Kitchen, laundry, and powder bath. As you make your way up to the second floor you will enter the second living area of the home with a couch and tv- perfect place for the kids to hangout after a long day out on the lake or playing in the park. The second floor have 2 bedrooms. One is the spacious bunkroom with twin over queen bunks and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The two rooms share a bathroom with a tub and shower combo. You can also relax on the second story screened in porch just off the living area! The third floor is a media room and is set up for movie night with a comfy couch and large screen TV.
