well located property with nice amenities and fenced in yard

owner is a lovely hostess who patiently answered all of our questions. property is close to town and about a 6 or 7 minute drive to the beach. we had a very nice stay!

This is just a beautiful spot for families and family reunions.
It will meet the needs of you children, teens and young adults.
It is beautifully landscaped.

The house sits on an acre. There is enough room for Volley ball or Bocce.

What makes this property unique

The property is completely fenced in. There are alarms on the doors leading to the pool. Young children will be very safe as will your dogs. You can walk to town and the train. Supermarket is really close.
