We had a wonderful stay! The home was the perfect set up for our family trip, it was clean and well maintained, our host was responsive and easy to get in touch with. The location was quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but quick and easy access to beaches other areas of the island by car or the city bus, and it had a nice yard and easy parking. Would definitely stay again for any future visit to the vineyard!

Nice family getaway at Martha’s Vineyard

We stayed at this property with family (5 adults, one teen and a child). The home was open, spacious, and well lit. Loved having the bath towels and sheets cleaned and ready for us! If anyone is staying with elderly adults, please be aware there is a sunken living room which a can be tricky for them.

Multi-Generation Summer Getaway

We were a group of 10 ranging in age from 15 to 80. The house offered ample space for everyone to spread out and enjoy quiet time. It also has great areas for congregating and enjoying together time. The location is conveniently situated between downtown Edgartown, Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. The large property offers privacy on a quiet street. It is clean and well stocked. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a huge bonus! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house in Edgartown!

We had an amazing stay! The house is awesome, it has lots of space, a great yard, and has a well-stocked kitchen. Only about 10 mins from downtown Edgartown. Would definitely recommend :)

Beautiful home. Very spacious. Lots of amenities Owner was a little controlling with air/thermostat, we came during a heat wave. Overall good experience!

Hi Pat Sorry you experienced Thermostat issues . Thermostat only holds settings for two hrs and reverts back to its original settings after two hrs . This helps in preventing coil freeze up and AC break down . Happy that overall your visit was positive and all of you had good time .

Nice stay in Edgartown

Good size house that easily fits 10. We had 4 kids in our party and enjoyed the basement room and game room. The other rooms and bathroom were all nice. Definitely recommend!

Great location and great space.

2nd yr renting and house is as decribed..layout is large, location is close to OB and edgartown. I dont like the extra fee over 6/8 people of $10 per day and master shower is def not for seniors..Owner is very accessible, I highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful modern spacious home

Everything was as stated in the listing, it fit 10 of us 6 adults and 4 kids at one point comfortably,( you can have u to 8 adults, as.the top bunks would only be comfortable for kids)....all rooms were a nice size. the kids basically had the game room and bedroom in the downstairs area...they were out the way, so much so they went crazy and broke the tv within hrs of being in the house, the owner wasnt upset and understood, this was priceless,he was helpful and responsive as needed to problem solve this issue, someone placed a basketball hoop around the corner from the house and the.kid's were able to use that as well. There were little mini frigs upstairs and downstairs...so kids had access to drinks without coming up 2 the kitchen, there was one also on the 2nd floor, for us as well, which helped at night when were thirsty or was sitting on the couch upstairs, there was also a 2nd half frig in the garage, which I loved as we do alot of cooking in the house and I'ved struggled to fit all my groceries and left overs into small frigs...there were plenty of pots and has appliances like a waffle iron, and air fryer as well...tvs in all the rooms with basic cable, is always a plus here on the island..and location is also ideal, as ur in the middle of OB and edgartown..... cant go wrong with this property, just have to be careful getting in and out the shower/ jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom as anyone really old would be a bit nervous of.slipping, which i did, overall great

Excellent space for family gathering

We enjoyed the spade and comfort of this home. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions and assisted a family member in retrieving a lost item. There are several items in the garage useful at the beach. Be aware the property is not near the beach and access requires either a car or frequent ubering. Overall, a very positive experience.

So much space!

Great space for a larger group (we were 4 adults, 5 kids) and the way it is laid out we could be together or in our own spaces- worked really nicely- the neighborhood is lovely, very quiet and easy to get lots of places (by car) - the game room was key and we really appreciated the little extras like shampoo and laundry soap- wonderful last moment booking exceeded all expectations!

Long weekend wedding with family

The overall experience was great the house was very nice and we were familiar with the location so we are pleased with that also. My only critique would be I would have preferred to speak to the owner I’ve been going up here for almost 20 years and this was the first time I had no personal communication and I didn’t like that

Fabulous family vacation home!

We celebrated our moms 95th birthday week and the house was fabulous for our family. Very lovely home with plenty of space for a large group. The kitchen had all amenities. We cooked a lovely seafood dinner. The table for 8 was perfect. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The location was perfect. Located between Edgar town and oak bluffs, which made it easy for us to travel to either location. The house really made our trip very special as we could relax in the house and enjoy family time together
