This upper Kings Beach/Tahoe Vista home is unlike any other in the area! Home has 4 bedrooms and 3.75 bathrooms plus a large bonus room w/pool table! Recent upgrades include: No more wallpaper! All new Bedding! All TVs have streaming capabilities!

• PET POLICY: No Pets Permitted.



• NO A/C: Like 99% of homes here in Lake Tahoe, this property DOES NOT have air conditioning, but fans are provided.



• PARKING: Limited to 4 vehicles (fewer when snow conditions exist). Street parking is never permitted.



• DISCLOSURES:

*This home does not have a garage lift so the garage doors are opened from the inside, manually.

*Some amenities offered are seasonal. Grill and Upper Deck are available only in the peak summer months.

*Pinball machine is presently NOT AVAILABLE for guest use.

*Wildlife in area. It is possible to have bears, coyotes, raccoons on property and at times, mice or even bats found in homes in the area.



This upper Kings Beach/Tahoe Vista home is unlike any other in the area! Home has 4 bedrooms and 3.75 bathrooms plus a large bonus room with pool table! The entry level hosts 3 of the bedrooms and 2.75 of the bathrooms. Bedroom number one is the primary suite, which is over-sized and very comfortable. This bedroom has a king bed and also has a flat-screen TV with Firestick and an exit to the bonus room. The ensuite bathroom is partitioned into three areas: a dedicated shower and changing room, vanity area and separate toilet. The second bedroom is oversized as well and has a bunk bed with two twins, queen sleigh bed, a flat-screen TV with Firestick, new sleeper sofa and new flooring in the ensuite 3/4 bath with shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV with Firestick for Streaming, ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a slider door that exits to the bonus room.



The 2nd floor of the home has an open floor plan with hardwood flooring. The living room is bright and sunny and has a south facing deck attached to it. The living room also has a plush L-shaped couch, wood-burning fireplace with gas start and flat screen SMART TV with Surround Sound. Off of the living room, there’s a wet bar area, the 4th bedroom with Queen bed and Streaming TV, and a 4th full bathroom.



The fully stocked kitchen has plenty of cabinets plus a double oven, built-in gas range, new stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, and tile countertops. The dining room is just off of the kitchen and has table seating for six plus three more at the kitchen bar. If you head through the dining room and out the back stairs, you’ll come to the bonus room! Large, 2 room area has a full-size pool table, electronic dart board, basketball hoop and other games for you to enjoy! This room also has a mounted TV and bistro table. Pinball machine is presently NOT AVAILABLE for guest use.



Home also features a two car garage. Some extra parking spaces are also available in the driveway though it’s a bit steep for icy days. Home is nearest to Northstar California with less than 6 miles between you and the slopes! Also just 1 mile to downtown Kings Beach’s restaurants, shops and groceries.

The property was decent. The deck with table and chairs and umbrella was nice. The TV with Amazon Prime movies was nice. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds and bathrooms were comfortable and adequate. Bathrooms and showers were good. Unfortunately the grill was locked and/or broken. The pinball machine in the game room did not work, There is no A/C.Very convenient location. 5 min from King’s Beach and Tahoe Vista. Quiet street close to hiking and biking trails. The kids loved the pool table.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was dirty with stained linen and bedding. Some had blood stains. Management unavailable at time of check in to rectify the issue. Management failed to correct the issue when advised and was indifferent. House is very old and not well kept. Games and toes not functioning. All house furniture warned out and not clean. No access to garage. Location far from main attractions.

Perfect Spot for a Family Summer Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It's an older house, but well maintained and very comfy. We had four kiddos with us, and it was nice not to have to worry about them messing anything up! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The bunk room was great for the kids. The kitchen was well appointed. Beds were comfy. The only suggestion I would make is if the arcade games don't actually work, just remove them from the home. The location is great. There was plenty of space to park our boat on the side of the road out front (the driveway is verrrry steep), and we were less than 10 minutes from the boat launch, Kings Beach, etc. We'd definitely stay here, again.

This home was very nice, large rooms, quite neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked, we only needed to bring the food, and if we forgot anything the grocery store was a mile away. The game room was a great gathering place for all. We had beautiful weather and spent many hours on the deck. The garage had many extra supplies which added to our enjoyment. Definitely would stay here again!
