Beautiful town home located at the base of Snow Summit Mountain Resort! This is a privately owned and fully equipped two story town home and it's ready for your family to enjoy for a few days or longer. Pack your change of clothes and your toothbrush and you are ready to go. Eat in or go out to any of the many dining establishments available in Big Bear. The open floor plan allows for easy and comfortable entertaining. Invite many or just a few for an enjoyable evening or a weekend get-away. It's completely furnished, and the kitchen has been stocked with kitchen ware.
Walk to the slope or take a hike among the gorgeous scented pines in the San Bernardino National Forest. While in Big Bear take time for a stroll through the new village, it's a must see and you'll love it! Call early to confirm your reservation for your next fun-filled weekend and/or vacation. We are only a couple hours from the hustle and bustle of the city. Leave the chaos behind and join the fun. In spring, summer, and fall you can enjoy the lake and the activities it has to offer. Your evenings can be filled with outdoor concerts, live theater, the latest movie releases, and dining and dancing. Whatever you desire you will find available and waiting for your enjoyment.
Spend the day on the lush golf course or have a relaxing afternoon in the day spa and get pampered from head to toe. For winter skiing, you can't get closer to Snow Summit Ski Resort. We are at the base of the resort. Park and Play! No need to move your car, unless you want to. Walk to Chair lift #4. Just a few minutes walk to the Ski Resort. Come to beautiful Big Bear Lake for year-round fun and relaxation.
$25 cash late check in fee if arrival is after midnight. $300 security deposit due on arrival, which is not charged to your account unless items in the unit are damaged or lost.

- Check-in at Snow Summit Unit #44 rental office (open 9am to 5pm). After hours check-ins, call night manager at the phone number on the office door.

Reviewer Comments: This is an old none renovated cabin, smelly trough up (vomit smell) kitchen, They could invest some rent money in to the remodeling and cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As I pulled into the nestled community of big bear, I immediately felt a sense of peace. So many nice Welcoming people. When I arrived to the condo, I felt at home. It had all of the amenities I needed to cook or bake for my children. My children especially enjoyed the spa like hot tub, and I must admit I did too. The spa like hot tub relaxed every aching muscle Leaving me loose and refreshed. The shower was very hot and the pressure was amazing. The bad slept even better than the one I have at home the cute decor made it feel cozy and homey. It has a garbage disposal, which is a plus, if you don’t want to smell, the food rotting in the garbage can. It looks recently updated from the pictures. The floors are beautiful and go with the fireplace along with the baby blue beams across the ceiling, giving it just the right storybook character. there is natural light and a balcony overlooking the rest of the facility, which is quite nice. It feels like a small cottage although it is a condo you can see squirrels and birds right from the bedroom window onto the bedroom balcony. The sunsets are particularly my favorite there is lots to do at big bear, hiking up the mountain was also a wonderful memory maker for my children and I once we reached the top we got a ride back down for free! Parking is very convenient for this spot, not making it hard to carry your groceries or luggage in. There are two bathrooms, which makes it convenient for two or more people and the most welcoming little kitchen dining room table where we played cards and bonded even more! I also enjoyed how the kitchen opens up to the living room and we could communicate while I cooked. The fireplace although I did not get to use, it felt very enchanting and welcoming. The condo itself was very clean and peaceful. It truly is quite a cozy little cottage atmosphere even in the summer! I look forward to returning this winter to enjoy the ski slopes! I highly prefer this cute quiet nestled property for u

The location couldn't be better, right on the Snow Summit Resort ski slopes, making it incredibly convenient for skiing and enjoying the snow. The jacuzzi on the balcony was a highlight, offering breathtaking views while we relaxed after a day on the slopes.The cabin itself was immaculate, incredibly clean, and well-kept. It felt cozy and welcoming, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the living area was perfect for gathering together.The owner was also very responsive and accommodating, which made the entire experience even better. We can't wait to come back and stay here again next time!
