Welcome to North Myrtle Beach.....

Once you stay with us, there's a good chance you'll want to come back again and again! We are right in the heart of North Myrtle Beach, about one mile from downtown Ocean Drive, the Shag Dancing Capital.

Our fabulous, 8 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath villa is located across the street from the ocean, with a new, easy access to the beach. Ocean Boulevard Luxury Villas, unit 201, offers a large, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, two refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers, toasters . . . everything for normal cooking and dining needs.

The dining area will easily seat 16, and the spacious living room features a comfortable, beach life décor with a 60 inch flat screen TV to enjoy.

All bedrooms have king size beds, flat screen TV's and ceiling fans. Jetted tub in the Master bath, four bedrooms have their own private bathroom.

Large game room with pool table and 55 inch TV, along with kid friendly DVD's and video games. Two shaded balconies overlook the pool and Ocean Boulevard.

For larger family gatherings, we offer a second villa (213067) to provide your party with twice the accommodations under one roof . . . for a total of 16 bedrooms!

The area is full of family amusements and exciting attractions that the whole family will enjoy and when you reside at Ocean Boulevard Luxury Villas you will be close to them all. Practice your golf swing at a local driving range before setting a tee time at one of the 100 Myrtle Beach golf courses. Enjoy happy hour at an oceanfront balcony before settling in for a delicious meal at a local seafood restaurant.

Peruse the variety of shopping destinations Myrtle Beach offers before taking in a musical performance at a live theatre. Rent a Sea Doo for an oceanic ride, soar high on a parasail or reel in dozens of fish on a fishing charter. All within minutes of Ocean Boulevard Luxury Villas.

Additional Rental Information:

We rent to families and responsible adults only. No house parties. No Pets. No Smoking. Weekly only June thru August. Minimum Rental Age 30 years. No motorcycles or trailers are allowed.

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may NOT exceed the maximum occupancy (16) set forth in the Property Description.

Our Security Company requires the names and ages of each guest, with deposit. More than the maximum number of guests will be considered overcrowding, and will not be allowed entrance to our unit. All of our rules of conduct are strictly enforced by our Security Company who have both the responsibility and complete authority to enforce them. Offenders will become subject to denial of access to the unit, and/or subjecting the offending homeowner to the liability for additional service charges.

Our Security Company also requires make, model, color of auto and license tag for all autos, two weeks before arrival. Four autos is the maximum for our unit. Additional autos will not be allowed to park on property. If you decide to rent a golf cart, the cart is considered one of your autos.

You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints to us from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations. Noise audible outside the Property (including music or loud conversation) is prohibited between 8 p.m. And 8 a.m.

Guests will be issued one bath towel and one wash cloth to use during your stay, per our linen package. If you require additional towels, you must supply them.

Note: Please note rental rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease depending on availability. Existing reservations with prepayment are excluded.
