Each bedroom is nicely furnished with a queen bed. Two bedrooms are 11'x11', one is 16'x12'.
One bedroom has a flat screen HD TV with cable that includes HBO channels and more than 100 recorded movies.
These bedrooms share a luxurious marble bathroom with a walk-in shower. A half bathroom is also right below the bedrooms and available for the exclusive use of guests, separate from the homeowners who are on site in a downstairs section of the house to assist with any questions or issues.

PSU Football Weekend

We had a lovely (though too short) time in the upstairs loft. Everyone slept comfortably and the owners and family were so kind.

Location, location, location !!!!

Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, this is a welcome retreat after a long day of adventures or college activities. This one bedroom suite is perfectly nestled on the Penn State campus. Tree lined streets, gracious hosts and well appointed accommodations make this the perfect get away from the hustle and bustle of a college town. That being said, it is only 5 minutes from the center of State College where shops, restaurants and night life abound. We stay for a long weekend and still feel like there is more to see every time we go back. So close to everything, meticulously maintained living space, owners onsite if you need anything and separate entrance to privately come and go at your leisure - This is our only choice when coming into town for the Happy Volley Volleyball tournament. You won't be disappointed!!!!!
