Lakehouse with spectacular views on Canandaigua!

Beautiful, 1320 Sq. ft. lakeside cottage with all the amenities. We only rent a handful of times per summer so book now! Enjoy the sunsets on this east side cottage! Cottage sits on slight hill with amazing views of the lake. Only 30 steps to the water. 80 feet of lakefront, deck, small beach with dock you can tie a boat up to if you want to rent a boat, 2 kayaks and a watermat for lots of fun!. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need as we spend most of our summer here! Keurig, 2 bedrooms (1 king memory foam mattress, one queen),a large loft area (with 2 twins that have trundles underneath) and walk out finished basement with a trundle and a futon. We have an a/c window unit in the master , portable in the second bedroom and the living room area. We also have a whole house fan that cools off the lakehouse at night! Sleep to the sounds of the waves! No Pets, no parties please, no more than 4 cars on the property at ANY time. We respect our neighbors and their privacy. This is our home so please treat it as if it were your own.. Close to Canandaigua, Naples, wine country & all the attractions of the "Fingerlakes" that will help make your stay at "Lakehouse" memorable! Check in at 3 PM and check out by 11AM.

Canandaigua Lake House

Great house right on the lake. Dock and deck are great for sunning and swimming. Great location within 20 minutes of both Naples (two wineries in town) and Canandaigua. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect sanctuary on the lake.

Our family loved our stay on Canandaigua Lake. The house was lovely, modern, clean and couldn't have been more perfectly situated for a much needed respite from the grind of daily life. Susan and Bill were extremely gracious and kind and we hope we can return again in the future.

Lovely home and a beautiful serene setting. Great views and decks. Water is nice and clear and water temp was in the high 70's in August. Played in the water with the kids for hours every day.

Beautiful, serene lake vacation

We had a lovely time at the Allison's lake house! Canandaigua Lake is a beautiful, quiet lake. The sunset is spectacular from the house. The house was immaculate and perfect for our 5 person family vacation in late July. There was sleeping for several more. The house is new, with beautiful bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. We used the kayaks provided which was great. We were able to rent a boat from Smith Boys and keep it at the house on the dock. It is a good idea to stock up on your way in, as the nearest grocery store is a good 20 minutes away. Plus, once you are there, you won't want to leave! We did eat out twice, once at Eddie O'Briens and another time at Oasis. Both were fun, casual places, with food that was good, though not amazing. Susan was so easy to communicate with throughout the rental process and gave us lots of great information. We would definitely rent this house again if we are lucky enough to make it back to Canandaigua Lake. Thank you Susan and Bill!

We live in nearby Rochester and enjoy our lake home throughout the summer!

Why they chose this property

Southern end of Canandaigua is much quieter and less boat traffic than the north end. Cottages are more private and our deck is very private and safe for younger kids. The walk in beach area is nice as well!

What makes this property unique

Privacy! Dock is not on top of neighbors like some lake houses are!
