No Pets are allowed. No smoking unit. Complex not too large 160 units with 8 buildings. 4 buildings face gulf 4 do not face gulf. Chairs on the beach provided on first come first serve basis. Beach property and no busy road to cross. Beautiful gated complex directly on the Gulf .Terrific hot tub & pool overlooki:ng the Gulf.
