La cocina recientemente remodelada tiene encimeras de granito y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, así como todos los elementos esenciales para cocinar y comer. Este hermoso alojamiento cuenta con la lavadora y secadora más importantes y cuenta con 2 televisores de pantalla plana, DVD y reproductor de CD. Hay wi-fi complementario e incluso un sistema Amazon Echo: su fuente de música, noticias, direcciones e información. Este condominio tiene una maravillosa cama king size en el dormitorio y un nuevo sofá cama en la sala de estar. Tiene capacidad para 4 personas cómodamente.

The Cliffs is an excellent condo community. Great pool and hot tubs and several other activities are available. Our particular unit was perfect. Super comfortable, sea view from the back patio, lots of extras like beach chairs and beach towels. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was well-equipped with great amenities that made our time here comfortable and easy. We especially appreciated the quiet, dark master bedroom—it was perfect for restful sleep. The air conditioner and fan kept the room at a comfortable temperature and provided the bonus of soothing white noise. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—we’d definitely come back!

Wonderful Week on Kauai

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs in Princeville. The property was well maintained as was the condo. The condo was equipped with many amenities. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and towels.

Great Place to Stay on Kauai

While some would say Princeville is a bit remote, the northern side of the island is just beautiful. Lush, great hiking, some great beaches and a lot of the Hawaiian vibe (especially in Hanalei). This condo has a great view of the ocean from the back deck, and it’s amazing to just listen to the waves. There are great deck chairs along the cliffs too just enjoy the ocean from above. Loved the hot tub at night after a good hike. The condo itself is a bit dated, and the kitchen could use a few more items to make it easier to cook, but overall I would stay here again.

Awesome landing pad for our trip!

Spent 10 days celebrating our 25th anniversary on the stunning island of Kauai. This condo was the perfect landing pad for our adventures & beach days. The cliffs are a peaceful & beautiful place to watch the sunset, there is a charming shopping center with grocery store nearby and it is a short drive to get to all the best beaches on the north shore, including Hanalei Bay. The 2 lanais, ac unit and washer/dryer were all appreciated. The ladies at the rental office were super responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

AC should really be added to the living room, it was too hot to sleep on the pull out couch. Near really cooled down in living with just the fans. There wasn't much wind during our stay. Luckily there was just my daughter and I, so we shared the primary bedroom that had AC. Although it was so loud with AC and fans going, you have to deal with the white noise. After reading other reviews, I agree with putting a curtain by the front door for the hallway light, it is very bright if you have to sleep in the living room. I also agree that the pool water seemed a bit cloudy, maybe with everyone's sunscreen washing off? IDK. Great location overall. It was great to have beach chairs, ice chest and umbrella to borrow.

The property was fine. I feel completely deceived from the pictures I saw there was nothing between me and the ocean but upon arriving there was another building between me and the ocean. If I zoom the camera in I can get the picture I chose this place from but that is not an accurate picture, and I was sorely disappointed. I would never have rented this place this far away from the ocean. Other than that everything was fine.

Loved having 2 full bathrooms, a/c in bedroom, ceiling fans, lots of windows, and a great lanai with an ocean and garden view. Parking was also close to the unit. It is an older property and needs a few minor repairs: kitchen screen, bathtub needs refinishing, bedroom lanai lock-frozen- couldn't access, sprayer on kitchen faucet broken, and a few other minor things. We didn't spend much time in the unit, so really didn't matter to us. We only visited the pool once and the water could have been cleaner.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Expected more than what the unit delivered. All furniture was dingy & miserably uncomfortable. Pictures are deceiving. Cleanliness questionable, first night pulled the sheets back and found a glob of matted hair complained & felt no one really cared. The cliff front office staff not helpful asked about questions about shuffle board & putting green just got a woman who pointed over there but neglected to tell where the equipment was sports stored or how to sign up for it? So un helpful! The pool area terrible dirty dusty decking all around and pool water super cloudy & disgusting. All the grounds looked unkept definitely not what we expected. We have stayed at many places in Kauai over the past 20 years and we will not return to the Cliffs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the spacious one bedroom two bath unit and it had a very nice layout. We could open the windows to the patio near the living room and also the patio doors to the balcony of the bedroom and have air passing through the unit that kept it cool. There was an air conditioner unit in the master bedroom but we never had to use it. The kitchen is well stocked with everything. There is a full-size refrigerator and plenty of More than four people. This is an older unit and not maintained as a timeshare. It needs some work as far as painting, replacing doors, and perhaps more comfortable furniture. Our son traded a timeshare into a unit in another building and we visited him and the lighting was much better and the furniture was much more substantial. I would really recommend these owners to add additional lighting over the couch in the living room, and perhaps in the bedroom. There was no place to really sit and read inside the unit we had to go outside to get enough light to read a book.

Easy place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our week-long stay in this rental unit. The living areas and master bedroom were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also, the location of this unit was within easy walking distance to the pool. The condo was very clean, with a little bit of wear and tear that naturally happens in a tropical environment. I also want to thank the staff at the property management office. I had a few questions before our visit, and their responses were always friendly and thorough.
