Cette maison en rangĂ©e de 3 chambres situĂ©e dans le village alpin est un endroit idĂ©al pour pratiquer les sports de neige dans les monts Loon et Cannon ou, en Ă©tĂ©, vous plonger dans les attractions, activitĂ©s et aventures de White Mountain! Dans un cul-de-sac prĂšs de l'entrĂ©e du complexe, vous pouvez facilement vous rendre au centre-ville de Woodstock pour dĂźner, prendre un verre ou faire l'Ă©picerie. À l'intĂ©rieur, entrez dans le salon principal avec une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat. De plus, Ă  cet Ă©tage, vous trouverez la cuisine, la salle Ă  manger, la machine Ă  laver / sĂšche-linge, le bain 3/4 et l’option de sortir dans la cour arriĂšre. Un niveau plus haut sont deux chambres et une salle de bain complĂšte. Chaque chambre Ă  ce niveau a un lit queen et une des chambres offre une tĂ©lĂ©vision. Un vol plus haut, la troisiĂšme chambre spacieuse, a deux lits jumeaux.

Alpine Village Resort est situĂ© Ă  proximitĂ© du centre-ville de North Woodstock. North Woodstock offre d'excellentes possibilitĂ©s de restauration, notamment des restaurants locaux tels que la Woodstock Station & Brewery, la Truant's Tavern et le Pemi Public House. Sur place, vous trouverez de nombreuses activitĂ©s saisonniĂšres et toute l’annĂ©e pour occuper votre temps: shopping, golf, mini-golf, parcs d’attractions (y compris un parc aquatique local), promenades en gondole / tramway, attractions naturelles, ski alpin et snowboard, ski nordique, raquettes, randonnĂ©es pĂ©destres, VTT, baignade en riviĂšre (le parc Cascade est Ă  quelques pas), kayak, observation des oiseaux et bien plus encore.

Nice Unit

The unit was very nicely decorated and lication was great. When we walked in there was a musty smell that is hard to ignore..seemed to be a water leak in tge entryway that possibly is causing this. I purchased air fresheners and spray to try to cover. Other than that, we had a great time!

Clean, Quiet, Walkable, & Cool Trip. This was my first VRBO, so my comparison is going to be mainly to a hotel, but overall I had a great trip. No problems getting in with the lockbox. I had to call Spectrum to get the Wi-Fi working, but that only took a few minutes. The toilet flapper thing broke and they were there in about 30 minutes to fix it and a few light bulbs I wouldn't have otherwise bothered them about. My older dog appreciated that it was mostly carpeted, including the stairs. The AC units worked. The bed in the master was old enough to have a no-man's land bump in the middle, but that didn't really bother me. What did bother me was the light permeating the curtains. I like to sleep in on vacation, and I did miss not having some sort of black out curtain option. I realize that it is difficult to have window AC units and window coverings, but I would've really appreciated some other option. I'm not too fancy to turn my nose up at cardboard. I did love being able to walk in to town with my dog and grab a meal at any of the dog-friendly restaurants. The Alpine Village was very quiet during the week, but the parking lot started to fill up on Friday night. This unit is the middle one in a building of 3 units. The neighbors were not loud at all, just more people around. Overall, I would recommend this unit and go there again, but I'd need another window covering to bring it up to 5 stars.

Although there were many good points there was not much ventilatiom and ability to enjoy NH fresh air. There was only 1 window with a screen and the AC units were were outdated, with broken knobs etc, and extremely dirty filters. Also the upstairs A/C leaked water. We only vaccumed the back door mat as the vaccume exhaust stunk so bad we had to open the doors turn on the fan and spray air fresher. Although we did not use the washer, the dryer squeaked and was annoyingly loud. Otherwise sheets, linens, dishes and general condition was clean and neat.

Smells like cigarette smoke and needs major update

This townhouse smells of cigarette smoke as soon as you enter, and every level smells like cigarette smoke. It is advertised as a nonsmoking unit, but renter beware. I used the air conditioning the first few days, then needed the heat, it atill smelled like smoke. Also, the washer/dryer buzzer sounds like a loud fire alarm when cycle is finished. Door to laundry does not close properly, and interferes with back door exit. Cabinet latch under kitchen sink is broken. Upstairs bathroom fan is very noisy and needs to be replaced. Looks like this unit has not been updated since originally built in the 1980”s. Carpet smells like smoke and uneven on second level. Alpine Village location is very nice. Close to many area attractions and restaurants. Great location.

Upon opening the door, the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong and remained throughout our 4 days in the house. It was really off-putting as the listing said this was a non-smoking rental and I would not have rented if I knew someone smoked here. In reading reviews, there have been other complaints about this as well so do not believe non-smoking is an accurate listing for this rental,On the positive side, the communication with the property manager was great and the location of the townhome was perfect for outdoor activities and walking into Woodstock.

Great location

Needs updates

The property was nice however the mixing valves in both shower were stuck. Ac so noisy and not installed properly. Leaking into unit. Washer and dryer so loud and compresser in fridge was so loud. My dogs were so scared when the washer/dryer or frig was on. Not the best experience and I have stayed at many other properties. Definitely needs some upgrades for the price.

Perfect location

Overall, we had a wonderful stay - the place was spacious and the host (property manager) was extremely responsive. We had some issues w/plumbing which was dealt with right away. Additionally, there was only one dim lamp in the LR which made reading difficult but again, the property manager came over with another lamp that helped. The place was tired (shag carpets, linoleum floors) but clean. Beds were very comfortable and the place was very quiet considering the proximity to the main road.

Exceptionally clean and well equipped home.

The house was really convenient to all the local attractions. It had everything that we needed. The only thing that would have made our stay more comfortable would have been air conditioners in the 2 other bedrooms. (Only one had an air conditioner and it was 92 degrees) The loft and other bedroom had no screens on the windows. Thank you for allowing us to staying in your home.

Perfectly home like

Nice and spacious for a family and a great location, close to all the summer fun we wanted to explore. We truly appreciated being able to have our dogs with us during our stay so that we could hike with them, and not worry about where they'd stay while we went out for dinner.
