Enjoy the day fishing, swimming, and relaxing on the deck as you watch the sunset on the lake. The lake is home to geese, ducks and dozens of native birds. 6 guests will be very comfortable with the accommodations of 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double bed. This spacious home also offers Cable T.V., WI-FI access, 2 car garage, deck, and dock... While having the privacy of a home, it comes complete with full-size washing machine and dryer, range style cooker, microwave, full-size fridge, dishwasher, cookware pots and pans, coffee maker, plenty of kitchen equipment to cook as much (or as little) as you like. Also towels and linens, in fact just about everything you could need for the all American dream vacation.

Beautiful quiet home!

This is an excellent home on a beautiful water way. Definitely recommend! It’s so peace and quiet! Roomy and clean! Great for a couple or the whole family! You just can’t beat the Village!

Great vacation

The property was in a very nice location and we enjoyed our stay, There are minor repairs needed, mostly to the deck and dock, but the inside was nice. There also was a large inflatable raft/boat left in the garage and the smell was terrible.

cute house but needs updated

Spider bites, dirty house. Garbage from previous guest left in garage; stinky. Needs new updated furniture. The worst rental I’ve stayed at in Hot Springs Village. Would not recommend.

We were pleased with the house The only thing needed is outside seating There were only 2 plastic chairs for a whole family to enjoy on the deck The back deck needs a few boards replaced and the dock needs a little attention Other than that we enjoyed our stay
