Come and enjoy "Starfish"! This bright, beautiful, stunning oceanfront condo located directly on the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach. Free Beach Chairs and Umbrellas provided to our guests through Lazy Days Beach Rentals ($300 value - FREE to Suncoaster Properties guests).

This condo has been completely renovated and ready for your stay. Fully stocked and adorned with all the luxuries of home - free WiFi - wireless high-speed internet throughout. The condo provides sleeping arrangements for 4 people. It has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and in the living area is a queen sleeper pull out sofa with memory foam topper added for extra comfort. There is a full bath /shower in the master bedroom and a half bath in the hallway for easy guest access. The open concept floor plan has a modern updated kitchen with beautiful upgraded granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped with all the tools to prepare and entertain from your home away from home at Pensacola Beach.

Enjoy your morning coffee while the sun rises from your balcony over the Gulf of Mexico or your evening cocktail while watching the sun set on another day in Paradise!

We absolutely loved the condo & its location. The complex is well maintained. However, the living room furniture desperately needs refreshed. It’s not very comfortable to sit & watch tv and it’s pretty dirty. Found lots of sand under the cushions along with a few fruit snack wrappers, lol. Kitchen was well stocked & bedroom bed was comfortable! Beach chairs & umbrella were wonderful to have access to. Pool was a nice surprise!

This is a great condo with excellent views. Thoroghly enjoyed our coffee in the mornings on the balcony! Such a spectacular view for watching the Blue Angels Air Show! This condo exceeded all my expectations! Loved the Beach vibe decor! Will be back!

Our home away from home

Beautiful location at the condo overlooking the beach and ocean. We love this area and condo within walking distance to restaurants and steps away from the beach. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach . Wonderful sunrises and sunsets on the beach each day! We try to stay here every October!

We go to Pensacola Beach and stay at San Souci each year for a Birthday get away and totally unwind. Mission accomplished with a week and half of perfect weather, great beach and a very nice place to call home. We love our stay at San Souci and we will be back

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I came to stay for NYE. While the weather wasn’t in our favor, it was so nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Rental was exactly as described. Very lowkey vacation for us compared to summer months stay. There was some construction above us, maybe a hammer drill, but thankfully it didn’t last all day. My only recommendation would be to add some throw blankets.

Wonderful condo

The condo is right on the beach with unobstructed views and it’s on the quieter end of Pensacola Beach. Very clean, nicely decorated, and the owners have stocked it with everything you could need for a few days stay (except salt and pepper lol). There’s even a box fan for those of us who are hot natured and can’t sleep without noise - thank you so much for that! You even get free use of the umbrella and chairs setup by a rental company! That saved us 200! When we had issues with the gate (due to a vrbo glitch we didn’t get updated info), the owner responded quickly to messages and helped us figure it out. The pool was great except for no umbrellas which was odd. We loved our time there and would love to come back as soon as possible!

The views

Great location! Beaches weren't crowded and the white sandy beaches are a dream. Was walking distance from a restaurant called Peg Leg, good food and great drinks! The owner responded quickly when I had a few questions. The place also had a coffee maker, bring your own pods, blow dryer, small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Overall, amazing place!

Great condo on the beach

Last minute rental that turned out to be just what we needed. Small complex located on the beach, loved coffee on our balcony! Beach service available, but can bring your own chairs as well. Short walk to Tom Thumb for ice and Peg Leg Pete’s for dinner. Missed not having a washer/dryer in the unit, bring coins to use condo laundry room, no change machine.

After traveling all over the world and living on three different continents (Asia - Japan, Europe - Italy, and North America - USA) we moved back to the USA. While here we had the opportunity to live on all three of our beautiful coastlines (West - Monterey CA, East - Oceana VA, and the Gulf Coast - Pensacola Beach FL). After all of our travels were complete, we decided that there was no better place to live or vacation than Pensacola Beach. The sugar white sands and the emerald green waters form the perfect backdrop for where low cost of living meets the highest quality of life. Since 2009 we have loved it here and we are certain you will too!

Why they chose this property

We are constantly at the beach so we decided to buy a beach front condo that we could call our own. After careful research we bought at the beautiful Sans Souci. We use it ourselves from time to time and open our home to others to enjoy the sun and the sand as much as we do!

What makes this property unique

On the Gulf of Mexico and across the street from the world-famous Peg Leg Pete's Restaurant and Bar there is no location any better! Some of our great local events/adventures include: deep sea fishing, pier fishing, dolphin watching or going on a dolphin cruise, walking the Gulf Island National Sea Shores and touring the Ft. Pickens historical FL state park, touring the National Museum of Naval Aviation (equal if not better than the National Air and Space Museum in Washington DC), Adventures Unlimited (Zip Lining, tubing, kayaking, and the high adventure ropes course), Historic Seville Square (concerts in the Park on Thursday nights during the summer), or kicking back and shopping/dinning on Palafox St. (named one of the USA's 10 Best Walking/Shopping Streets by Travel Mag).
