2-Bdrm Ground Floor Unit Now Available!

Our spacious resort combines the comforts of a staycation with the beautiful backdrop of the Hawaiian getaway you traveled so far to enjoy.

Whether you're walking to the beach across the street, relaxing in the large pool and hot tub, or strolling to the tennis center, you're not far from anything in this ground floor rental in Kihei.

You and up to four others can rest easy on our sleep accommodations.. There is a king size bed in our main bedroom and a queen bed in our second bedroom, plus a sleep sofa that will not take up much of the 850 sq. feet in the living area.

Take advantage of our recently remodeled kitchen before a day of exploring the island or simply relaxing by the pool. Make your meal even better by preparing it at our outdoor grill area and moving it to the unit's lanai to take in the beautiful well maintained grounds at Koa Resort.

If you're not staying here, you're not doing Maui right. Mahalo

Perfect location!

Wonderful central place for our family stay in Maui. Close to the beach, the mountains, and the pool was literally steps from our door! Had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay in Maui

Simple, clean and well equipped spot for a family of 4 in Kihei

Loved the accessibility to the whale sanctuary and Kihei beach. The better beaches were in Wailea but Kihei has a more cruisy coast town vibe which we liked. Beverly’s place was great for our 5 and 9 yr old, we could sit on the patio while they kicked a ball right outside (all enclosed and safe). Great stay all up!!

Everything we needed

We had an excellent stay at the Reck's condo I'm Kihei. It was cozy and equipped with everything we needed including a Cooler, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and a couple boogie boards. We also really loved the location and enjoyed morning coffee on the beach across the street and easily went for morning runs in the neighborhood. The pool was also fantastic. Would stay here again!

Koa in Kehei

Great place to stay! Nothing needs to be taken other than sunblock and your clothes. It is fully stocked with anything you would need. The place is clean and the grounds are kept nicely. Communication was good, Beverly answered emails very quickly. It was home away from home and we would definitely stay there again!

This lovely property is fantastic. Rooms are spacious, and comfortable beds. Locate in a quiet area but easy to access anything in maui. Very windy when we were here, however the pool was wonderful substitute for a beach. Owner has everything you need for the beaches, clean unit, easy to communicate with owner. Would highly recommend this property.

Family stay on Maui

The whole family enjoyed the rental. This property has really beautiful grounds and the kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Both of which were good size. Walking across the beach to the street was very easy and we saw a number of sea turtle on the beach across the street. Host was easy to communicate with and overall we had a very positive experience.

Everything Was Perfect!

Beverly is such a kind and responsive host! The place was well stocked (more than I thought it would be), the WiFi worked well with multiple devices at a time, and the pool is perfect for little kids, up to teens and adults. We also loved that they had beach toys and inflatable life jackets for the littles. Thanks for the great stay and we hope to be back!

Fabulous condo in Kihei!

We had a girls trip on Maui (3 adults) for my sister’s 50th birthday and had a great time at the Koa Resort! This unit is spacious and comfortable and has everything you need including beach chairs, cooler, etc. Great location right by the pool…and perfect central location in Kihei as well. Beverly was great with communication. Would definitely stay here again! :)

Delightful stay

This condo was an incredible place to stay. We booked three in the same complex and it was wonderful to have individual space and also the common area to connect. Everything we could possibly need was available - beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards. The condo was comfortable and a very relaxing place to stay. Loved having individual air-con. We only used it in the bedrooms in the evening because it was nicer to have the doors open and the breeze blowing. Loved staying here and very much recommend this property.
