The house was excellent! Perfect for our family gathering. House was in great condition, pool was perfect and we enjoy the entire trip. So close to everything and in a very quiet neighborhood. Shanna was great with everything before, during and after the trip!

Rated 10. Great place. I would only suggest that when you get ready to replace furniture maybe get a sleeper sofa for people that can’t do stairs. Also a welcome book with restaurant and sightseeing suggestions. Thanks for sharing a great home

Nice House, Nice Neighborhood

Very nice house and well maintained - clean, comfortable and convenient. Plenty of room, pool was nice, easy check-in and garage was nice for parking. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Kitchen is well stocked. Would stay again if down in that area of Knoxville. Bottle of wine was a very nice touch!

Shanna was very responsive to all our questions.

Home was well stocked and convenient to shopping ect. Pool and landscaping are very nice as well as the patio. We would stay again if we are back in the area.

Perfect!!

Because of Covid, we had to alter my Bachelorette party to something less outgoing. This house couldn't have been more perfect for what we wanted!! It was plenty big enough to accommodate our group of girls and was easy to respect the "quiet time" rules! Host was reachable at all times we needed her! Everything was amazing!

we came to Knoxville for an event at the Bridgewater Center. The home was close for us, with a wonderful kitchen for us to prepare meals. Communication was easy with the property owner, and she was helpful with our check-in. I would recommend this lovely home, I just wish it had been warm and we could have used the pool!!
