- Outdoor parking only - all parking of vehicles must be parked on the property & not permitted on adjoining properties. Boats are not permitted on adjoining properties.
- Expansive grass areas for that family cricket game.
- Please Note outdoor spa is not filled or operational and therefore has a locked hardtop cover.

This private gated estate is governed by on-site body corp managers who are active with ensure regulations are met. Please ensure you are familiar with these terms & that the property is suitable for your group. Bookings are only accepted for families & quiet respectful people.
Regulations.
- Strict no after-hours noise policy applies from 9pm
- Loud music or anti-social behaviour is not tolerated.
- Properties prohibit large all adult group gatherings for party type events, buck, hens nights , weddings, 21sts etc
- Prohibit youth groups including schoolies
- Strict numbers as per registration form permitted only - visiting guests are not permitted within the estate.
- 20km speed limit always
- Strict maximum of 3 cars within the estate ( if you have a 4th car this will need to be parked outside the gated estate)
- If for some reason Management needs to attend due to complaints, you may be asked to vacate ( a refund will not be issued)
- No caravans or camping permitted at the properties
- Maximum of 1boatpermitted ( this is part of the 3 vehicles permitted - so 2 car 1 boat for example)
- All parking needs to be on the property's grounds not neighbouring properties.
- The estate has a live-in body corp manager
