Family friendly stay

We had a great stay at the cabin! It was perfect for our family as we had a wedding to attend up at the timber moose lodge. I would highly recommend this cabin for a future stay!

The host was very easy to communicate with and well in advance so as to avoid any issues. Very flexible about checking in. Place is warm and well appointed. I was surprised by the dirt road access but could have easily missed that in the property description. Didn’t matter, however, and immediately forgotten considering the views and wildlife surrounding our location. Highly recommend.

We had an AMAZING stay at this Utah rental and would absolutely recommend it. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The layout worked well for our family, with plenty of space to relax and unwind after long days of exploring.The location was a big highlight—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to local attractions, stores, and outdoor activities. Whether you’re visiting for hiking, sightseeing, or just a getaway, this place is well situated.The host was the BEST… responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication easy throughout our stay. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful mountain cabin in Heber. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cabin was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described—comfortable, private, and surrounded by stunning mountain views.The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to town for anything we needed. Waking up to the fresh mountain air and scenery each morning was easily one of the highlights of our trip. The space itself was cozy but spacious, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a true home away from home.The host was fantastic—great communication, clear instructions, and very responsive. You can tell they truly care about their guests having a great experience.If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in the mountains, this is the place. Wonderful holiday stay

We had a wonderful stay! Cabin is exactly as advertised. Very clean and in a lovely setting. Definitely have a four wheel drive and chains if you visit in winter so you can enjoy the area. The snow is gorgeous but can be pretty deep! Lovely views overlooking the valley.

Beautiful

This was a peaceful and beautiful stay. Deer would frequent close by and were nice to watch. Make sure you have a four wheel drive since the last slope is quite steep which would be hard during snow, and there is a raised bump to get into the driveway which my sports car would not be able to handle. The neighbors like it quiet and the forest echos tiny sounds so you must be able to keep your voices down out of respect. There is a hot tub and it’s cozy on those cold days. The views are breathtaking. Like most cabin rentals, this is the owners’ second home, so being clean and respectful is a must. They don’t let just anyone rent so don’t think you can come and make a mess and just walk away.

This is a great cabin in a beautiful setting. Cabin has great views. Super clean. Nicely decorated. Host is great with communication and quick to respond. Cabin has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about this cabin was perfect from the check-in process to the cleanliness of the cabin. The owner was fantastic, information was left on things to do (if you wanted to), and we truly could not have asked for a better place to stay or nicer people. This place is amazing with the mountain views and the wildlife. If you are looking for a getaway, this is the place, you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful cabin

This is a beautiful cabin and we had a wonderful stay. We loved the wrap around decks and large family room. The beds were very comfortable. The cabin is very well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful cabin

This is a lovely quiet place to stay and enjoy the scenery. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no wifi and cell reception in that area is spotty. The cabin itself is lovely with two levels lounge and a hot tub in the back!

Comfortable and clean with great views

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. This home is the owner's personal retreat (not just a vacation rental), so it is very well-kept and clean, with everything you need to prepare meals, very comfortable beds and seating areas, and wonderful mountain views. We were traveling with our 18 month old, and we really appreciated that the house had a pack 'n play and high chair for us to use, as well as a gate for the stairs and even some toys and books. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

PERFECT view - awesome new, clean home - UNPLUG and be in nature

This has to be the nicest place in Timber Lakes. It's great to just stay on the deck and look at the view. The owner has made a conscious decision to not have wifi, and it's an awesome place to unplug, and just get away. There are deer everywhere, and we saw a mother and calf moose right off the side of the cabin on our recent stay. You also can't even imagine the quiet in this place. You're only a few miles from the national forest, and there's nothing but mountains and silence.

PERFECT view of the 'big' mountains, fresh cool air, and wildlife all around.

The mountain home is super convenient to Heber City and Park City, but feels far enough way to be completely disconnected from everything. Great space for the whole family, and tons to do nearby. -OR- Just sit on the patio and watch the sunset.

The Perfect Getaway!

Wow, this rental was everything I could have hoped for and more! This cabin rental has everything going for it: an unbeatable location, immaculately clean, privacy with views, two spacious family rooms and three bedrooms. We felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. This cabin offered something for everyone in our party. We were able to spend our time hiking, in the hot tub, watching movies, playing games and enjoying the breathtaking views! We simply did not want to leave. This spacious and accommodating rental will always be a treasured memory. We are hoping to go back again next year.
