Excellent Stay at this location! The recent renovations are very nice and comfortable. The location is perfect with easy access to the Beach, Shopping and Restaurants. The sunsets are amazing on the beach!

Great Property

We enjoyed how close the beach was and the option of the pool! Location was within good walking distance to activities and restaurtants. No complaints and would recommend to others!

Perfect Location and Fantastic Interior

Great location on the beach and right next to all the CWB action. Everything walkable. Amazing beach. Pool was heated and perfect for our family.

Nice stay

The picts is what get. The rooms are small but you arent there much! Literally Steps from beach. Plan if you have more than 1 car. There was a door in the master that led to the back of the building. I dont remember seeing that noted on the listing so good to know if that would freak you out. Overall nice stay.

Perfect!

We flew down from Virginia to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The condo is just as it is pictured. Beautiful & tastefully decorated. The listing is accurate with all the amenities it offers. The Keurig was a nice touch & I don't know of any other condo in the complex that has a washer & dryer. That came in handy. There were extra pillows & blankets. The kitchen was fully stocked & we had plentyof towels, hand towels & wash cloths. There were even beach towels. This wasn't my first time staying at Clearwater Beach Suites however it was my first time at this condo. It's not oceanfront but it's just a few steps away. Its so convenient to everything! The beach, restaurants, bars, shopping... the Pier is just a short walking distance as well. We laid out & caught some rays by the pool which was clean & warm enough to go swimming in. While at the pool we met a couple & started chatting, ended up being the owners of the condo we were staying in. They were super nice. One evening we walked a very short distance down to Hulk Hogan's bar to watch Karaoke & saw Hulk Hogan himself! That was really cool! We chatered a boat another day, we visitedJohns Pass, aka Treasure Island & the evening before we left to fly home, we took a ride on the Calypso Queen dinner cruise. Overall, I would highly suggest this 2 bedroom condo. We had plenty of room & all the amenities needed for a perfect stay & again, it's so convenient to everything!

Feels like home

The property was very clean! There were all the dishes you could need, laundry soap, dish soap, umbrellas! Everything that I needed and didn't need to worry about! The property was right next to the ocean for a short walk. Also near all the shops and restaurants. I would stay here again! The only issue was that it was by the beach parking and beach bar which made it quite loud from 12am to 4am some nights.

So close to the beach!

The door code didn’t work which caused us some stress upon arrival and the management office was already closed for the day. But, after looking through the email details again we found the lockbox code to get the key. Everything else was wonderful. The space was very clean and nicely remodeled! The walk to the beach was even closer than I thought it would be. We had a lovely time.

Spring Break ‘22

It was beautifully decorated and the location was great! It was very convenient to have the washer and dryer in the room. It would have been nice to have a cupboard to put food in that wasn’t up high. It was pretty tight with 7 people, but it works. There is no cable tv. It’s all wifi based and the wifi went in and out the last few days. Overall, we would go back again.

Great location and lodging

The location was perfect for family access to the beach and the lodging was great! The unit was clean, comfortable and worked perfect for access to the beach and town. Check-in was ready when we arrived (even a little earlier than planned) and it was a breeze to access the space. The recent remodel was very modern and made our stay really comfortable, and the bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom worked perfect for our kids. We really enjoyed our time there and hope to return to this location in the future.

Great location

This spot was a great location right next to the beach! Only complaint was we were the bottom corner suite closest to the road and it was noisy in the morning and night. We had sound machines so it didn’t bother us much. Location, space was great. Very clean. Perfect spot for family of 5 close to beach! Would definitely rent this space again.

Overall, Nice

There were pros and cons with this rental. I'll start with the negatives. Cons: Check-in was at 4:00, yet we didn't get notification until after 4:00 to get in. By the time we got in and unpacked, we didn't realize that we didn't have any kitchen water until after the office was closed. So we went our first night and the next morning with no kitchen water (I called the next morning, and this was very promptly taken care of, which is a definite Pro). The parking is not ideal. I had read wrong (my fault) and thought there were 2 spaces per unit, thinking one on site and one off site. In actuality, there was one or the other type per unit. We got the pass for off-site parking, and the only info we got was "Lot 38." Lot 38 is not labeled. I had to use Google maps to find it, and hoped it was the right one, which was across and up the street. We had to find parking for our second car, which was EXPENSIVE. We had not planned to spend a couple of hundred dollars on parking. Additionally, the iron gate to the property is right outside of the property door. We heard the loud bang of the door all hours of the day. The shower is also right outside (literally) of the door to this unit, so everyone coming in from the beach stops literally in your front door. The blinds right in front of the room do not go all the way down, so there was even less privacy. The unit is quite small, especially the bathroom. Keyed door entry, as opposed to keypad was inconvenient, especially with 2 couples to share 1 key. Unit was clean, but had an odd smell, kind of like bug spray. Pros: Unit is as described in the listing. The rental company was very responsive to the kitchen water issue. Good location to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Nice pool with lots of toys for kids or adults. Decent bed comfort (the sleeper sofa was even good). Nice, cool AC (important in balmy FL in August). Locked gates added security. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Everything that we expected it to be.....good location. Very close to the beach. Parking wasn't ideal but was manageable. We would be open to staying here again if we were to visit Florida again.

Nice, but updates needed ASAP

Property is very convenient to the Beach and restaurants but parking is horrible. The bathroom light didn’t work our time we were there so we had to use or cell phone lights. The keypad also doesn’t work, it hasn’t worked in 3 months per housekeeping and they only have an emergency key 1 key only! The owners really need to update the place and the keypad for future vacationers. It appears this is the only unit out of the 12 that has this issue.

Beautiful condo right by the beach

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was a corner unit and a very short walk to the beach. The only thing that disappointed me was the parking situation. While you are provided with a parking pass, it isn't for on site. In order to park at the condo, you had to have a special parking pass... And they WILL tow if you don't have one. The first night we were there, we almost had our vehicle towed during the middle of a thunderstorm. My husband had just gotten back from getting groceries and had been parked in one of the onsite spots for maybe 10 minutes. Luckily he went out before they could load it up but 3 other people weren't so lucky. Overall, our experience here was amazing. If it came with a closer parking spot, it would have been perfect!

Amazing place!

Everything was perfect! Anyting needed that I could not fly with (chairs, towels) were all provided for our stay. The place was spotless and well clean and stocked!

Great Location and nice property for price

The property is bit older the the rooms show some wear and tear.... but they were clean and the the management was great! They were accommodating to our early check in request. The location is awesome and the pool, although a bit smaller, was cozy and clean.
