The place was awesome. Clean and a quiet neighborhood and close ro evertrhing you need. Will stay again if we are in the area thanks for an enjoyable stay
We had a wonderful time here and would 100% stay here again if able to in the future! We had no issues with checking in, the hosts responded fast with any questions we had, and it's in such a nice quiet neighborhood. You can hear if there are others staying in the joint apartments/other rentable areas of the home, but to us it was no different than staying in a hotel, noise wise.The only thing is if you have mobility issues, definitely don't do this one as there are steep steps you have to walk to get to the backyard. But otherwise the path is very clear and lit at night as well.There is plenty of grocery stores and food options in the area as well which was very helpful during our stay as well!
We enjoyed our stay, and especially appreciated the living room and kitchen area. Much better than a hotel room! We stayed in the summer, and while we did not have an individual control for the air conditioner, we were nice and cool, probably since the apt is on the lower level of the house. The path to the entry was well lit and the key access was easy.

Overall a Good Apartment
Overall it was a good place to stay. There were some things that were a bit dirty (like bathroom fan covered in dust, stains on the couch). Most kitchen items you might need were there, but still a few missing. Only had 3 flat pillows, the decorative pillows were a bit dirty to put your head on. The sheets were not as cozy as pictured. We had an issue checking in as the automated email didn’t include a code for the lockbox but Sonja was very responsive and helped us immediately. Location was perfect for what we needed. You can hear neighbours through the walls quite clearly.

Thank you for the feedback Emily. We just reviewed our cleaner and have since made some adjustments: couch professionally cleaned, all new linens, and a deep clean.
Communication prior to arrival was a bit slow but all the necessary information was received before check in. Upon arrival, a text informed us to use the "917 number" but that phone number was never provided. The owner(s) were out of the country during our stay and communication then was very difficult, thankfully the housekeeper was on property when we failed to get a response from the owner. The situation was remedied thanks to the housekeeper. This property appears to be a 2-3 unit property within the home. There is no control of temperature via the unit we stayed (#2) and although July we froze in the unit even after applying the magnetic shields to the vents as noted in the unit. No response from owner for any further suggestions. The upper unit had children and they could be heard which would not be an issue except for running, stomping and playing at midnight. On 2 evenings odors from meals being cooked in the upper unit were very pungent (frying fish?) and the only resolution was keeping the fan off and bathroom door closed to reduce the odors in our unit.
The unit was clean and stocked with minimal supplies as noted in the listing.
The property was very nice! However the steps down the property were difficult and the people upstairs were very noisy.The host actually gave me the wrong code but eventually got back with us with the right code. The bed was very high, mattress was super firm’

The week did not start out good. We arrived in town and I reached out to Sonja because we had not received the code to get into the place. I had to reach out to here 3 times and actually contact customer service to finally get ahold of her. We have driven over 2000 miles and just wanted to get into relax however we were not able to do this until 8:30 to 9:00 pm. Over 4 hours after check-in. The rest of the week was fine. Above us there was a screaming child that woke us up every morning. We just took that as it could happen anywhere. The place was clean and convenient location.
My spouse and I are avid travelers and wanted to extend our home to others who like to get away or stay in comfort for business travel! We have a home in Denver, CO and Manhattan, NY. In Denver our home is 5,000 sq feet and the 3rd floor has two 600sq ft apartments with full kitchen, living room, bedroom, bath and laundry room. Each apartment has a private entry as it is above ground and guests come and go as they please with complete privacy. These are all amenities that we enjoy and I enjoy taking care of our guests day to day needs whether in person or online with remote staff available.
My spouse is a Chief Executive Officer for an Investment Management firm, prior Norwegian Air Force veteran and he brings the Norwegian way of sustainability to our hosting experience!
