Two Bedroom with loft. Completely redone farm house. Two bath one up one down. New drywall, flooring, plumbing, electrical all brought up to code. Large bedroom up with California King bed, 32 inch tv. Loft area with private queen and semi private twin. Queen in first floor bedroom with 32 inch tv.

We wash all bedding after each stay. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness.

40 inch TV in living room. Cable and wireless internet.

Just 3 miles or 5 mins. to the Silver Lake Sand Dunes !!

Perfect house for a Michigan Beach get-away!

Weekend get away..

A Great place to stay close to Silver lakes Sand Dunes. Super clean and comfy beds. Lots of room and a Large yard with grill and fire pit. Would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect spot!!

Absolutely perfect spot being not too far from the dunes, Luddington, and even Pentwater! The property manager was very communicative and nice, and we absolutely enjoyed the stay!! Will deffinately consider staying here again.

If you plan on cooking and eating in, the kitchen could be better supplied. Location to Silver Lake area was really nice.

Mr. Ladd was an amazing host who made sure our stay was enjoyable! The house is amazing and we plan to book it again! Plenty of space for 6. Inside and outside seating. Large yard for dune "toys" and vehicles.

Perfect for a visit to the dunes!

Property was perfect for a Dunes visit with my son and nephew. Location is great, house was very clean and had everything we needed. Property owner’s were great! We’d stay here again next time back up this way if it is available.

Great summer excursion !

Great location, quiet neighborhood, Ken is a great host. Pentwater for brown Bear and the antler for food and drinks Mac woods dune ride tours , sand box for sand boarding rentals, wave club for waverunner rentals, fish boil at the cherry point farm and market, big hart brewery , fun fun fun !!

Dunes Vacation

Ken’s place was clean, beds were comfy. Enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood and being able to walk to a breakfast place. Great communication with Ken. Quick 12 minute drive to Silver Lake. The Dunes were amazing and mesmerizing. Enjoyed our tour of the Dunes. The Lighthouse Climb was worth it! Great views.
