Located in the heart of Waikiki along the Ala Wai Canal, with beautiful views of the mountains, water and golf course. This two bedroom condo will provide the perfect base of operations for your vacation. Walking distance to Waikiki beach, Honolulu Zoo, restaurants and luxury shopping. Food Pantry is across the street and you can catch the city bus just around the corner.

The condo has been totally renovated with luxury and comfort in mind. All new appliances in the kitchen, with convection stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and clothes washer and dryer for your convenience. Beautiful granite counter with four stools, opens to the living room with a flat screen Television for your entertainment.

WiFi connections and telephone included.

The sofa can be tuned into a full-size bed for extra guests. The master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom have queen size beds. The bedroom windows has black out curtains.

One bathroom has a shower, the master bedroom has a tub and shower. There is a medicine cabinet above the toilet tank in each of the bathrooms for your personal items.

On the rooftop you have access to the pool, hot tub, sauna and BBQ grill with beautiful 360* ocean, mountain, and city views.

The Fairway Villa has 24 hr security with a large lobby and free assigned parking for one vehicle.

The lanai which overlooks the canal and mountains has a small table with two chairs and a lounger. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon glass of wine and dream about our paradise island.

Great renovated, well appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom corner unit in a great location.

We stayed at Jane's condo in Waikiki during the last two weeks of March 2018. It was amazingly easy to book and Jane's communication was excellent. We got exactly what we expected and more. Jane's instructions to access the building were clear and we had no difficulties during our stay. The condo is well maintained and generously appointed. Staying with 2 teen girls, the 2nd bathroom was a serious bonus. The lanai was large with an area to eat and an area to lounge. We took full advantage of the kitchen (including the roof top BBQs by the pool) and en-suite laundry. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities plus a rice cooker, Ninja blender and a multitude of dishes etc. We used the beach chairs and beach towels but unfortunately didn't get a chance to use the snorkeling gear.

The location is excellent overlooking the canal with a view of the golf course and Diamond Head. We were within walking distance to Waikiki Beach and the International Marketplace was right down the street. The building has security and 3 elevators so you're never left waiting for long to get where you need to go. The covered parking included was so convenient as street parking is limited and we were always carrying things between the car and the condo.

We ended up saving a lot of money by booking through VRBO and eating breakfast and some dinners at the condo.

Previous reviews indicate the street noise and yes, you can hear the traffic below because you are above a main road. Waikiki is a busy place and the noise should be expected.

We had such a great stay and would try to book with Jane again if we ever return. Thanks Jane!!!!

This was the perefect place in Waikiki. Clean, everything new and well kept.

What a great place. Perfect for two couples. Balcony and roof top had excellent views. We could walk to everything. Jane was great deal with. The condo had everything we needed. We felt we lived there.

Great Location! Very comfortable.

The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and tidy. There was a great supply of beach towels, beach chairs, snorkels and float devices. The rest of the apartment was fully equipped with everything you needed plus more.

I found the beds and pillows to be very comfortable.

The view from the balcony was lovely and a beautiful sight to wake up to each morning. The included parking space was a bonus and I found the carpark easy to manoeuvre.

The street noise was quite loud during the night and the slat windows didnt seal well at all. On the last two nights we had high winds which made a loud howling noise as it blew right through the closed slats.

There were quite a lot of small cockroaches in the kitchen at night time so all the food had to be kept in the fridge.

The food pantry was very close which made grocery shopping easy.

I would stay here again if I were lucky enough to travel back to Hawaii.

Owner's Response: Thank you for staying at my condo and for a good review. I'm sorry about the windows, we already have scheduled new windows called Breezeway which is probably the best louver windows to be placed in mid May. I'm hoping that, it will provide a good seal and cut down the noise. Roaches is a problem in Hawaii's warm weather and we have just found a new eco-friendly safe roach treatment that we will start using and hoping that it will get rid of them for good. So the next time you come back, I hope all the problems are gone!! Mahalo!

The rental is exactly as pictured.

The property is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed breakfast on the veranda every morning. The location is great for shopping,restaurants and beach. The 4 star rating is because of the road noise. The windows are just glass panels and the noise is very loud all night! The air conditioners are set to only go to 72 degrees. Which was not a problem for us because it was cook and rainy!

Owner's Response: We understand the noise issue because of the type of windows the building has and are looking at replacing with new windows for the bedrooms sometime this year. We have done maintenance and checked the A/C. Thank you for the review.

Close to stores and beach

This was a great location to be able to walk to the beach as well as a variety of eating places and shopping. The unit is quiet for being off a major road. We could hear sirens at night but nothing that would keep us up. It is also quiet inside between rooms. We liked that beach towels were provided. We would stay here again if we go back to Waikiki.
