Enjoy your stay at Carolina Dunes 501, a renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo located on the 5th floor. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a spacious living area, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean.

The master bedroom offers a king bed with a full bath, the second bedroom has two queen beds, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The living room includes a sleeper sofa. Luxury linens are included, and the unit comes with 4 beach chairs for guest use.

Great getaway spot

We have stayed in North Myrtle Beach and south by the airport, but I wanted to be more centrally located ; so this location was perfect. Great view, shopping was easy , and the kitchen was the best I have ever stayed at . Would recommend it to anyone who wants a slowered pace vacation spot.

Our overall stay was great. One minor thing to notice was the glass missing on the center table in the living room. I called to asked the removal of it to avoid any accidents from my kids but never happened. It ended up not being an issue. I will recommend this place for other families.

My cousin and I selected this place for a daddy daughter weekend. The condo was amazing and the view was as well! It is located close to everything with great restaurants to choose from. Thank you for a wonderful stay and cheers to making memories!

Wonderful family getaway

The location is great having beach out your back door. Convenient to airport, restaurants and attractions. Building is rundown. Bathrooms could use a deep clean. It was a good space for a family of five adults.

Holiday getaway

The condo is spacious, the kitchen has all the implements you need and the view was spectacular. I would only recommend the living area furniture be professionally cleaned or replaced due to numerous stains. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Perfect location! Walking distance to a lot of bars and restaurants and nightly entertainment. Condo was exactly as described and communication with the property manager was wonderful. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful time in Myrtle Beach. We stayed in Unit 501 and it was clean and nice. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. Talked to some of the staff outside and they was nice and helpful and easy to contact and fast response when we needed anything

If you look at the exterior, you think older building. This particular unit has been renovated and is very nice. Large kitchen if you want to eat in. Washer and dryer are nice to have in the unit. Three nice sized bedrooms. Right on the beach! Easy to get to beach or pool.

Summer Vacation

The condo was great. The pictures are what you get. The condo was updated and decorated very nicely. Beds were comfortable and check in and out was very easy. It is close to all that there is to do in Myrtle beach. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

First time in Myrtle Beach

Location was great, unit had plenty of space and amenities, check in/checkout was awesome…fast and easy process. Only compliant was the condo was not the cleanest upon entry (food on floors, dust and dirt under furniture, stains on sheets and pillowcases).

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. This was our first (and not the last) time booking with you. The property was spacious and with one with a wheelchair and another with a walker, they had plenty of room to move around. We also had a toddler that had space to play. The only downside was that our dedicated parking space was taped off and had a gaping hole so we couldn’t use the space and one of the elevators was down so we waited a while for an elevator.

Carolina Dunes Unit 501 was perfect for our family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 501 was overall a great condo. It has everything you need and more on a vacation. The cleaning crew had not cleaned very well but it has a vacuum and broom so that was not a problem. I am very picky and I felt comfortable. They have a table and several chairs on the balcony and all six of us were able enjoy the view. If the hurricane hadn’t been coming, we would have stayed longer. The location and being less crowded than South Myrtle was wonderful. The only thing missing at this place is a hot tub. We will definitely be going back to Carolina Dunes.

Girls Trip to Myrtle Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When you first walked in the condo it looked really nice but for supposedly being remodeled, it really was not what I expected. I think the bathrooms might have had new counter tops but the rest of the bathroom was very old and dated looking. I wouldn't mind that but they weren't that clean. They really looked like they needed a deep cleaning. We had a group of 10 women and the sleeping worked out fine and the big patio and view was amazing. Overall the price for the unit was good.

Great location, but not a great unit

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this building many times over the years, and we will be back next year, but not in this unit. It is in need of some TLC. The curtains in the master BR were faded and starting to rip. Half of the bifold doors were off the track. Some lamp shades were stained and one lamp broken. There wasn’t even a roller for the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom. While none of these items is major, it all shows the lack of care and attention to upkeep.

I'm having the unit inspected to replace lamp shades and toilet paper holder. The bifold doors are back on track.
