This is our primary residence and we will completely move out from Memorial Day to Labor Day to rent during the summer season to help pay for my kids’ college. They’re great kids and deserved to go to great schools!

I love the location because it’s easy to get to everything- Southampton Village, the beach, Sag Harbor, other towns…..

What makes this property unique

My home is very bright and sunny, with three sets of sliders and a deck that runs the length of the house. It’s open, airy, clean and crisp!
