Beautiful, bright, sunny home in Southampton. Just outside the village on a cul de sac, with a heated pool, fireplace, central A/C, cathedral ceilings, and first floor master. This is our primary residence and we will completely move out from Memorial Day to Labor Day to rent during the summer season to help pay for my kids’ college. They’re great kids and deserved to go to great schools!

What makes this property unique

My home is very bright and sunny, with three sets of sliders and a deck that runs the length of the house. It’s open, airy, clean and crisp!
