This lovely property is located in the heart of Sedona, close to restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails, art galleries, and so much more. It is pet-friendly with NO PET FEES!

This unit sleeps four, with a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the second, and two baths (one full, one with shower only, both with toilets). There is a microwave, coffee maker, and large mini-fridge/freezer. Connie’s Place has been designed in a delightful mid-century modern style.

Connie's Place is within walking distance to Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village where you will find eclectic shopping, fine and casual dining, tours, galleries, and artisans. It is within walking distance of the Sedona Arts Center, Hillside Sedona, the museum, and much more!

The perfect location for walking around Sedona! It was comfortable for 4 of us and we didn’t feel like we were too cramped. We would be happy to stay again during the spring or fall! We were unable to turn on the air units to circulate when we got there, as it was a warm day, and we weren’t able to use the heat on the other two chilly days. The fridge also froze half of our food, which made it tricky when we needed to grab a snack to take on the go

It was calm and peaceful neighborhood. In the morning, I saw the beautiful mountains. There tons shops, gas stations and restaurants around, it was really good and easy to walk around. The house was pretty and the rooms was very clean. The host was very helpful and give me updates on the rental. Thank you for everything!! It was wonderful!!

Great location in heart of town!

I loved we were in walking distance of all the shops and a lot of restaurants. Rooms were very clean and loved having the two bathrooms. Perfect place for a weekend getaway!

Lovely spot

My son and I stayed here in March 2020 and found it to be an ideal setup for us: two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, living room. We loved the retro decor, which was both fun and functional. Well located to be within walking distance of town shops and restaurants.

Comfortable stay

The place was clean and the host always responded promptly. I would have like if the kitchen had a small sink but other than that, we loved it. Place is close to stores and restaurants and everything is walking distance. Will definitely try to reserve the place again.

Everything was great. The location was close to restaurants etc. Would have like a few more amenities in the kitchen area. My daughter tried to make oatmeal but there were no spoons.

This property was fantastic with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. It was close by the shopping district and food areas as well as a great coffee shop. Parking was right in front of the door. It was so easy to access with the code for check in. We would definitely return if we head that direction again. I only wish we would have stayed longer, but we had to move on with our vacation plans! We loved it:)

Wonderful little gem in the heart of Sedona

Wonderful stay over the holidays. The place is a clean, beautiful gem in the heart of Sedona. It's suitable for dogs, as you can go on a short walk right there. Very much enjoyed staying there, thank you! It would've been nice to have a bigger fridge, a stovetop, and a few dishes. Other than that, it’s perfect, and we will be back.

At 24 years old I opened a pet shop in Pasadena CA. Then we (Connie, my wife) added a home delivery service for pet food. The pet shop and food delivery service thrived and we thought we were happy. But at 55 I decided enough was enough; I knew it was time to move on when I started to look forward to weekends! My wife and I had a dream to retire to Sedona, Arizona; so we sold L.A. Pet Foods and moved to Sedona.

So after 30 or more years in the pet industry, we go into the hospitality industry and open El Portal Sedona Hotel in 2002. It is a pet-friendly luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Sedona.

And now, we decided to open Connie's Place, for those who want a longer stay in Sedona! “We actually want all our guests to have an exceptional non-hotel stay for a true Sedona experience,” said Segner.
