A Lovely Pet Friendly Two Bedroom Unit in downtown Sedona, AZ

This lovely property is located in the heart of Sedona, close to restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails, art galleries, and so much more. It is pet-friendly with NO PET FEES!

This unit sleeps four, with a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the second, and two baths (one full, one with shower only, both with toilets). There is a microwave, coffee maker, and large mini-fridge/freezer. Connie’s Place has been designed in a delightful mid-century modern style.

Connie's Place is within walking distance to Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village where you will find eclectic shopping, fine and casual dining, tours, galleries, and artisans. It is within walking distance of the Sedona Arts Center, Hillside Sedona, the museum, and much more!

This property was fantastic with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. It was close by the shopping district and food areas as well as a great coffee shop. Parking was right in front of the door. It was so easy to access with the code for check in. We would definitely return if we head that direction again. I only wish we would have stayed longer, but we had to move on with our vacation plans! We loved it:)

Responsive Host

Clean and great location. The host was very responsive to a few things we communicated on. Would highly recommend this place especially since it is dog friendly!

Comfortable stay

The place was clean and the host always responded promptly. I would have like if the kitchen had a small sink but other than that, we loved it. Place is close to stores and restaurants and everything is walking distance. Will definitely try to reserve the place again.

Wonderful little gem in the heart of Sedona

Wonderful stay over the holidays. The place is a clean, beautiful gem in the heart of Sedona. It's suitable for dogs, as you can go on a short walk right there. Very much enjoyed staying there, thank you! It would've been nice to have a bigger fridge, a stovetop, and a few dishes. Other than that, it’s perfect, and we will be back.

Great location in heart of town!

I loved we were in walking distance of all the shops and a lot of restaurants. Rooms were very clean and loved having the two bathrooms. Perfect place for a weekend getaway!

Lovely rental in the heart of Sedona’s red rocks

Very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Loved the convenience of having a small fridge, Keurig with lots of pods, microwave and toaster. Highly recommend!

Unit was clean. Beds were great. Good access to main street Sedona and eateries.

Easy to rent. All done in a couple minutes. We had access info just befire we arrived.

Convenient

The property was convenient to everything we needed. Walking distance to lots of food and major areas. Parking was great for us, but a bit tricky when family came over. Host was very kind.

Very well located

Although the location of this rental was perfect, this 2 bedrooms was a little small for 3 tall people- especially the height of the bed and vanity in the second bedroom. We rented 3 nights and would have enjoyed a bigger fridge. Also it is a little pricey for what you get.

Felt like a hotel room suite

We were in Sedona for a wedding and booked this place because it was pet friendly with no fees. It had enough space for 4 of us and our dogs. However, the place looked tired, there was water damage from the skylights and the linens / towels are old and worn out. Also, there is no kitchen and the amenities are lacking. I obviously should have double checked but I’ve never booked a “house” that doesn’t have a kitchen or closets in the bedrooms. We got locked out because the door has a hotel type lock with a plastic key and auto locks when the door closes. I left my phone in the rental so had to ask the hotel in front to call the owners and they had a friend come to help us get in. No extra charge for the pets was definitely a bonus that we appreciated

Great location in Sedona

Cute place overall but tired… seems pricy for what it was. Refrigerator had a broken handle and froze all of our food. Nice showers and soaps. Odd location in alley looking at backs of retail stores and a port- potty. Hosts were out of town and missed my message about getting some real coffee (non-decaf). To be fair there was an 800 # in an earlier message from a few months earlier to the Doran Hotel. When I called they responded within 1/2 hr with coffeee and silverware and plates.

A Hidden Gem

We stayed here with my family, including two toddlers and two dogs, and had a blast. The location could not be more perfect - tucked off the busy streets and perfectly between Tlaquepaque and Uptown. Even with our big truck, parking and getting in and out was easy as can be. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect short stay

We were in town for a memorial service over Halloween weekend so it was busy. This property was perfect for our family. Great location with a beautiful view in a quiet area. Nice amenities. Wish we had something besides decaf coffee for the machine though. Would happily stay again.

At 24 years old I opened a pet shop in Pasadena CA. Then we (Connie, my wife) added a home delivery service for pet food. The pet shop and food delivery service thrived and we thought we were happy. But at 55 I decided enough was enough; I knew it was time to move on when I started to look forward to weekends! My wife and I had a dream to retire to Sedona, Arizona; so we sold L.A. Pet Foods and moved to Sedona.

So after 30 or more years in the pet industry, we go into the hospitality industry and open El Portal Sedona Hotel in 2002. It is a pet-friendly luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Sedona.

And now, we decided to open Connie's Place, for those who want a longer stay in Sedona! “We actually want all our guests to have an exceptional non-hotel stay for a true Sedona experience,” said Segner.
