Penthouse 360 is the only privately owned penthouse condo at Tesoro Resort. Located on top of the resort, you'll feel like king of the hill while your very own huge private terrace with amazing 360 degree view of the marina, city, and mountains surrounding Cabo San Lucas. Beautiful sunrises will greet you each morning, while amazing sunsets relax and prepare you for sleep at the end of the day. The terrace has two luxurious loungers, a very comfortable day bed, dining tables and seating for 8, bar stools for enjoying your drinks while watching the fishing boats come in. There is also a propane grill, perfect for preparing your fresh catch of the day!

Centrally located, the condo is within walking distance to all the popular restaurants, bars, and major attractions. Shopping is also convenient either at the Mexican markets or the Puerto Paraiso Mall, also a short walk away. Tours, fishing, and any other activity you'd like to do would be at your fingertips. We are fortunate to have a very friendly and helpful “Angel” who would be more than happy to to help with advice and recommendations.

The kitchenette is equipped with a cook top, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and a breakfast bar for two. There is an additional full sized fridge located in the outdoor laundry area, along with a washer / dryer.

The living area is open to the kitchenette and is perfect for watching tv or just lounging around. There is a new flat screen television, wireless internet, and wireless speaker for your enjoyment as well. The “L” shaped sofa is good for napping or an additional guest to sleep on. It is not a sofa bed. The living room and kitchen area share a large ac unit.

Master bedroom has a small private balcony. There is a king sized bed, an additional queen sized air mattress should one be required. For storage, there are two nightstands, a dresser, and closet. It also has a television and a small desk area. Master bedroom has a ceiling fan and it's own ac unit.

The second bedroom opens to the large terrace. A full sized bed and small cushioned daybed. For storage, there is a closet and nook. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan and it's own ac unit.

The main bathroom has a large vanity area and shower. The second bathroom is off the second bedroom and has a toilet and sink.

The penthouse is ideal for a romantic getaway, or a fun filled trip with close friends.

It is not recommended for children under 12 as the railings on the terrace can easily be climbed.

Access to the penthouse is limited to stairs, it is not recommended for those who may have issues with stair climbing. As a courtesy, we will provide help with delivering your luggage to the condo and also offer a pre-order service for basic necessities such as water, beer, etc. so the items will be waiting for you upon your arrival.

*** Penthouse 360 is a privately owned condo. Although it is located in the Tesoro Hotel, it is not part of the hotel. Hotel amenities, including their pool, are NOT included. ***

About Don Weis

We're recent owners of the condo, purchasing it in November of 2016. We fell in love with the view immediately! There really is no other like it. We've made a few improvements with more scheduled between guests.

We are both familiar with the Los Cabos area, Don has been real estate broker, Baja International Realty, for about 15 years and also owns Cabo Cantina and Restaurant (Cabo's #1 Sportsbar) I have been involved with tourism and charitable work in the area.

We live nearby and can be found most evenings either at the real estate office across the street or the cantina a few doors down.

Angel, our check in / guest service manager is easily contacted via cell phone, facebook, or at the "Caboholics Store" he manages.

What makes this condo unique

The view is by far the most unique feature of this penthouse! In addition, the condo is located in downtown Cabo San Lucas, between the CSL Marina and Marina Blvd. (the main street in Cabo). On the boulevard side, The Play Win Casino is right next door, a couple of blocks down is Cabo Wabo, a block or two further and your in the heart of the night life with Squid Roe, Mandala, and numerous other late night bars and clubs.

Most attractions are within walking distance. For outings further out, a taxi can be flagged down right in front of the building.

Great place

My wife and I arrived on Jan 29 to begin a 29 day stay. A few weeks later my daughter, son inlaw and grand kids visited for a week. The transfer dropped us off at Tesoro and then we walked around the corner to The Cabo Cantino to meet with Angel the property manager. Our luggage was taken to the penthouse and then Angel escorted us to the penthouse and showed us around. This penthouse has one of the nicest locations in the harbor and the nicest view. My wife and I would get up every morning to watch the sun come up as the boats were leaving the harbor. Restaurants, shopping and night life all within walking distance.

The elevators are not available to penthouse 360 but that wasn't that big of a deal. My wife and I were only in and out 2 or three times a day. When we did have groceries to carry the resort security arranged for a porter to take us up in the elevator and then help us get the groceries to the penthouse. One evening my son in law had a sleeping granddaughter on his shoulder and security enabled the elevator for him.

Angel is a great guy and is always available and always helpful. Angel can also help with excursions, car rentals, transfers etc.

The penthouse is great, Angel is great and the owners are also really nice.

Comfortable, relaxing, everything you need right in the heart of it all.

Right when we arrived, we felt like we were in our own piece of paradise. We met with the owners, who made us feel very comfortable. They walked us through everything and handed the keys over. The most impressive part of this rental is the view you have. You can sit out on the deck, day or night, and watch the fishing boats coming back in or the tour boat heading out. So much to do in the heart of the marina. The food is unbeleivable. If you prefer to walk around town, you need to start at the cabo cantina for lunch. The food there is very good. And the staff is always welcoming. Back to the condo. It is very nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. And a full size refrigerator out on deck and one in the kitchen as well. We will be going back to Cabo again and will be staying at this Penthouse 360 Condo again. Highly recommend it.

Nice Patio, great location

Mark is a great guy to deal with, lets start with that.

Good: 1) The condo is in a great location

2) Wonderful deck, great views

3) Good selection of TV channels

4) Main room bed was comfortable

Bad: 1) A little old for my taste

2) Not accessible for some folks, if the resort does not let you take the elevator (their discretion) then 8 flights of stairs each trip, no matter what it is 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo

3) Microwave is broken

4) Found roaches in the spare bedroom and other small bugs on the kitchen counter which is to be expected in a tropical environment

5) The spare bed had bed bugs, my friend came home with bites on his back and sides. I am sure the owner has taken steps to remedy this

6) No pool access, the resort treated us as second class citizens throughout the stay

7) The property management folks are very unpleasant and were not helpful in the least throughout the trip, especially on arrival

8) Remember to bring your essentials, toilet paper, shampoo, etc...

9) Water was spotty, 3 times the shower shut off and we had to find alternative means of rinsing mid shower

Awesome Place!

This condo was worth every penny. Has some very unique features and the patio was awesome! Spent a lot of time just relaxing outside and laying in the sun. I can't say enough good things but I only "complaint" is the room with 2 beds get very bright in the morning as it's connected to the huge patio. Owner is very responsive and made the logistics of checking in very easy. I will definitely rent this place again on my next trip to Cabo. Highly recommended!

Nice apartement with huge patio.

The Marina View Penthouse has a very nice View and a very very Huge Patio.

Everything is good except the guys from the hotel at the entrance kind of gave us a little cold welcome.

But hey, who cares about that when you have the best room of all of them.

Again anytime soon!

Ideally located

As first timers in Cabo, we scored on finding Penthouse 360! You just can't beat waking up above the marina and sipping your coffee while the boats go out every morning. We found loads of great restaurants, shops and activities within a short walk of the condo and took the water taxi back and forth from Medrano Beach many times; kids had a blast! Mark was very easy to work with, always available, and took the time to call us with some Cabo tips before our visit. Don't forget Happy Hour at the Tesoro Pool, pina coladas in the pool and amazing service 😎򓠡 We are really looking forward to our next trip in Cabo, will be soooo much better now that we know the ropes!
