Amazing 5 bedroom,3 bath house in Northridge/Granada hills with whole house audio system, direct TV ,internet, large game room with pool table, BBQ and patio, breeze way with built in bar< Jacuzzi and fire pit, will sleep as many as 14 ( please refer to our bed config)has a beautiful open floor plan and covered parking, built in laundry, central air, dining area. this is a great vacation property for a family, individual, Group or multiple families wanting to share, please don’t inquire if you are looking for a place for a party or to host any kind of event. we are pet friendly please see pet fees, Very close to freeways and CSUN.

Beautiful Home Great Location

The home was plenty big for our group of 9. Many games and amenities for the grandkids - didn't hear once that someone was bored. LOTS of supplies and towels, etc. Highly recommend for family gatherings. Quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

Had plenty of sleeping options with 3 of the 5 bedrooms located away from the others. Allowed for fewer disturbances. Great water pressure. Ample towels, washcloths. Well lit. Clean. Tidy. This home was perfect for our family of 3 couples and 2 children (ranging in age from 4 to 74). The house was immaculately clean and ready for us when we arrived. Each bedroom was private and the common gathering areas were great. There are modern televisions in every room with Direct tv, Netflix, and other premium services. Working together in the roomy kitchen was easy, and the large dining room table was wonderful. There was spacious parking, and the semi circle driveway made it easy to exit. The location was perfect for us, easily accessible and close to restaurants, stores and the freeway. Mikel was the perfect host, and provided everything we needed.

Large, Super Clean Home Perfect for Family to Share

This rental was exactly what we were looking for. 5 nice sized bedrooms were spaced out just right so that all people had privacy and comfort. There are 15 TV’s, including 4 big ones in the pool table room. The home was near 2 different freeway exits, which made it easy to hit the beach, Universal Studios, etc. The host had great communication and will answer any questions you may have. The side of a large school faces the property, but for our summertime stay this was a bonus because it is extremely well lit and made the neighborhood feel extremely safe. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to California.

Very comfortable and amazing amount of room

There was plenty of room in the house for the four of us to spread out, and lots of amenities to keep the teenagers occupied. Kitchen was very well equipped, beds were comfortable, and hot tub was a big plus. Easy to reach from 118 and 405 freeways.

We needed a nearby place to stay while we had to leave our house for 11 days (long story), and this was the PERFECT place for us. It was convenient, very comfortable, accepting of our 2 dogs, and our 2 teens LOVED the hot tub, pool table and table tennis.

Perfect base of operations for an LA trip

The house is beautiful and was the perfect base of operations for our group. Everything was nearby. And the house itself was fantastic! We had two families, so one was able to stay in the upstairs which had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, while the other used the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. The open living/dining/kitchen area was huge and a great place to gather throughout our trip. As well as the outdoor patio (and hot tub!) was perfect for morning coffee or end of day relaxing. We were able to visit the beaches of Malibu, the central market downtown, Griffith observatory, and even Disneyland, all less than 1 hour away. We looked at booking hotel rooms/suites instead but the location, quality, and price for our group at this house was less expensive and better in all facets.

We used this as a home base while we worked out of town. It has everything you could need and all the fun toys included. Plenty of room for our 5 trucks to park. Our host Mikel was extremely fast to respond for any of our questions. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect home for a group stay in the valley

My family, friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was plenty of space to spread out for a group of people and still be comfortable. The outside area was our favorite place to spend time enjoying each other’s company by the fires, having coffee on the couches, and hanging out in the hot tub. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, but the others could have been a bit softer (personal preference). I would definitely recommend this home for a group that plans on spending time in the valley and surrounding LA areas.
