Cozy Apartment in the heart of the town

This is a wonderful property located in the Heavenly village. This was our first stay in the village and it was everything we could hope for and more. The hosts were very responsive and the property was as advertised.

Great Condo

Excellent location with easy access to the gondola and all that South Lake Tahoe has to offer. Condo is large with plenty of space for up to 6 people to sleep.

Great location!

The hosts were very responsive throughout our rental process, as were the Marriott staff and the unit was great for 5 adults! The storage was very impressive which helped it feel clean and uncrowded while we were there, even with ski gear. Close to dining, gondola, and a grocery store.

Great location..room need some attention

Stayed at the vacation residence. Great location in the middle of Heavenly village, Restaurants close by. The room details online weren’t clear. The Room was clean. Shower door leaks if not slammed through the gasket. First time ever I have seen this!!!!The Shower is so small with no handheld shower head, which make it harder to shower. New Towels policy, towels are extra if want fresh towels which is ridiculous if are staying with kids for 2-3 nights in a 4 star hotel!!! I NEVER heard that before. The light on the small make up mirror wasn’t working also. Bathroom is nice and big the rooms feels cosy but not enough lights.We booked a suite sleeps 6. Thinking it was two rooms but sadly it was one king bed and the rest sleeps in the family room (sofa bed and 2 bed by the window as a day bed but the mattress is hard as rock )Upon arrival there was no bedding for all the bed just for the sleeper sofa and the cover was a waffle blanket instead of comforter. We asked for the bedding they brought for the two window bed and again waffle blanket. The kids froze at night the following day we requested comforter & they brought gladly but not sure why this wasn’t offer in the first place. Over all stay was great we loved the game room even it was really far walk from our unit

Best location

Stayed here for a family vacation. Great location to access anything you may want to do in the area. Spacious for our family of 4 to spread out and relax. Close by grocery store and shopping. Provides a variety of activities for both adults and children. We will definitely be back. Loved it!

Fantastic property

Window seats the kids could sleep on were really fun, comfortable and nicely decorated. Location is fantastic. Look for the alternative entrance, though! The condo is a trek from the main lobby. We didn’t realize soon enough that we could get in from the village, too, and got a lot more steps in than anticipated.

Perfect for 3!

Really enjoyed the one-bedroom condo. Kitchen facilities were great. Unit was clean and very comfortable. We loved it. Only negative was the noise outside from Basecamp Pizza. The outdoor music was a bit loud and lasted too long. Otherwise a lovely stay and would stay again.

Lovely South Lake Tahoe

We loved everything this beautiful condo had to offer. The condo is extremely clean and modern. The kitchen was well appointed and updated. There are two fireplaces for those cool evenings. The one drawback was the loud music from two restaurants below the unit. It is conveniently located to many shops, restaurants, mini golf, and within walking distance to a beautiful beach on lovely Lake Tahoe. We enjoyed the pool and hot tubs after a day of hiking/biking. The staff at Marriott were very helpful in addressing our needs.

Great location

If you want to be near the action this is the place. Could walk to everything. Some reviewers complained about the live music below. We didn’t find it to be a problem, but if you want peaceful this might not be your spot. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that our room smelled like smoke due to area fires. Either the door to the balcony doesn’t seal well or it was coming through the air conditioner.

Perfect Location!!!!

LOCATION: Although it's a bit tricky to get to the room, once you're there, it's the perfect spot, especially if you like nightlife, shopping and fun!!! The balcony in the master bedroom overlooks Base Camp Pizza in Heavenly Village which has live music every night (guitar/vocals). We so enjoyed it from our seats in the balcony. The elevator closest to the room goes down directly to the Village for shopping and eats. Also, a quick walk to the Raleys, casinos, hiking, and the beach is just a few blocks down the road. A very convenient location! ROOM: We had the entire unit for a family of four. It is very clean spacious and sleeps 6 comfortably. It has everything you need, and the pool area is very nice too.
