The newly renovated kitchen is ideal for romantic dinners, with high-end equipment, a large refrigerator, and a complete set of cookware. This studio mixes convenience and comfort perfectly for a couple or business visitors seeking peace and quality in the center of South Lake Tahoe.

Lakeland Village lodge units provide an ideal location for guests seeking convenient access to nearby attractions. Being located near the main road, you may notice some ambient noise, though many guests find it a worthwhile trade-off for proximity to activities.

Lakeland Village is centrally located one block west of Ski Run Blvd., a 2-mile drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort, walking distance to Whole Foods & Safeway grocery stores, CVS, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, & bowling. Free Heavenly Ski Shuttle pickup at the bus stop behind the lodge on HWY 50. Get around the city for free with Lake Link. All linens and towels for home and beach use are provided. Nearby boat, SUP & kayak rental within walking distance in summer; ski/snowboard rental in winter.

Parking passes must be displayed in your vehicle while parked on the property and returned to the home at checkout. If a pass is taken from the property, it must be returned or shipped back within 72 hours (tracking required) or a $250 fee will apply.

This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for 2 people. This applies 24/7.

Pets are not allowed. If you have a trained Service or ESA, we can help you find a dog-friendly home for your stay.

The service I received from RNR was exceptional with the constant communication. The studio was just as pictured. Keep in mind that the description says lakeside not lake view that was my mistake. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. Plenty of places to walk to for dinner and Heidi’s next door is great for breakfast. The only downside was you can’t pick your neighbors. We had issues with noise but it was a holiday weekend. Over all we were satisfied with our stay.

Lakeland Village was built in 1973 and is a fabulously unique property, right on the lake with a beautiful beach, pier, boat buoys, two swimming pools, a hot tub, firepits, and walking access to groceries and dining. There are truly no other properties like this in South Lake Tahoe, and there never will be again due to building restrictions around the lake.  For future guests: the photos of the unit are current and accurately represent the space as it stands today. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us and coffee in the room. The room was spacious for two and clean. The one problem we had was resolved quickly and in full.

Last minute trip

This was an absolutely great location. It got us onto the water at the beach, which is something in all of our visits to Lake Tahoe. We’ve never been able to do from where we were staying. The amenities were nice and the weather was beautiful so the trip all around was just great. The management team was super responsive as well.

Terrific in Tahoe

The condo is the perfect size for a couple. Lovely location and the amenities were amazing. Two pools, 2 spas, beautiful beach and laundry on-site. We would definitely stay here again. Shout out to Heidi’s restaurant right next door for a fabulous breakfast and Taste of Tahoe for a delicious dinner one evening. Would definitely recommend this location and RnR vacation homes for anyone looking for a wonderful week get away.

Lakeland Village

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and the kitchen provided everything we needed to cook our meals. Coffee was also provided. We enjoyed some evenings on the nice balcony. The amenities that the property provided were also great and included 2 pools (one heated) and hot tubs. There was a beach access directly on the property. There are shops and restaurants in walking distance.

It has private lake access, hot tubs, pools and is extremely close to all sort of shopping and dining experience. There is also a shuttle that goes to heavenly ski resort. The room was clean and affordable. It also came with a fully functional kitchen. Cannot beat the price with all that you get!

For future guests to note - the shuttle has been discontinued at Lakeland Village and is not available for guest use. However, there is Lake Link which is a great free shuttle that we recommend to all of our guests. The unit was very clean, but (1) the heating/cooling unit clicked and beeped all night and kept one of us awake, (2) we tried to check in early and were promised a call back from the property manager — the call never came, (3) the auto/motion light in the bathroom is a bad idea — blinding when using the bathroom late at night, (4) the unit needs more lighting (it is very dark at night even with lights on).

We’re so glad to hear you found the unit very clean, our Housekeeping team will truly appreciate knowing their hard work was noticed!  Regarding your early check-in request, we do our best to accommodate arrivals before 4 p.m. whenever possible. Our inspectors are scheduled the day of each guest’s arrival to make sure every home is in top shape, and our team coordinates early check-ins directly via text message when availability allows.  Thank you for alerting us to the bathroom light.  For future guests, our Guest Relations team is available seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. by phone, text, or email and is always eager to help resolve anything that might interrupt your stay.  We’ll have our field team inspect the HVAC unit to ensure it’s functioning properly and will pass along your suggestion about additional lighting to the homeowner for their consideration. Thank you again for your helpful input, it’s feedback like yours that helps us continue improving each guest experience in South Lake Tahoe.

Modern and convenient studio close to Heavenly

We were really impressed by our stay at this property. Its location behind the elevators on the 2nd floor was very convenient, and we didn't notice any noise from foot traffic. Everything was in great condition, from the bed to the bathroom/shower. All the kitchen appliances worked well, and it was refreshing to have full sets of pots, pans, mixing bowls, and cooking utensils for once. We remembered to bring our swimming suits on this trip, and we made full use of the pool and hot tub even in the middle of winter!I would only point out two minor things that could probably be easily remedied. The vanes on the A/C unit drop over time, making it eventually blow air directly towards the bed. Also, the only way to disable the automatic lights in the bathroom overnight (useful if you have kids) is to cover the sensor yourself with tape or paper.We definitely hope to stay at this property again in the future!
