Located in the heart of Brookline Village, the apartment sits among cafés, bakeries, and local markets. The Green Line (D train) is 0.1 mile away, connecting directly to the Longwood Medical Area, Fenway Park, area Universities, and downtown Boston. Guests can stroll to Coolidge Corner for dining and the historic Coolidge Corner Theatre, or unwind at Emerson Garden and Cypress Street Park—a perfect balance of neighborhood charm and city convenience.

Guests have full private use of the apartment. Guests have use of laundry facilities in complex. Self-check-in allows flexible arrival, and parking can be arranged upon request.

This third-floor apartment blends modern comfort with classic character. The living room includes a sleeper sofa and smart TV, while the kitchen and dining area create a relaxed space for cooking and meals. The bedrooms feature a king and a queen bed, and the tiled bathroom includes a jacuzzi tub for unwinding after a long day. Central air and laundry in complex make extended stays easy and comfortable.

The 60 bus stop is at a 5 minute walk from Washington St and Walnut. It takes you to Longwood Medical hospitals.

After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules.

A welcome packet will be sent two weeks prior to arrival, it contains all info needed for check in and during your stay. 3 days prior to arrival, Arrival instructions will be sent, provides key access and a navigator application that will help you navigate your way to the apartment.

There is no overnight street parking in Brookline. During daytime hours, vehicles must be moved every two hours. If you are traveling with a car, we recommend renting a parking space in advance. Parking is typically $15/night or $250/month.

Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night.

There is a $150 lost key fee and $100 lock out fee.

Please be advised that should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. The exact amount of this increase will be communicated to you prior to confirmation of your reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant and well-maintained environment for all our guests.
