Private Boat Ramp, Fishing, Hunting, Boat riding down the Saint Johns River or Trail Riding through the forest. 3 miles to Silver Glenn Springs, 3 miles to Salt Run that leads to Salt Springs.Property has zip line, rope swing, large hot tub, 12' dive platform with 12' water depth. plenty dock space for boats or jet skis. Canal is spring fed and always 72 degrees. Commercial Ice Machine located in boathouse next to the live well.

Family retreat

We had our kids and grandkids . Rope swing was a hit, for our youngest two they love the fort in the kids room. Plenty of space , beds comfotable. Brian was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had. Plenty of dock space. We spent most time on our boat but porch was our favorite place.

This is a great location if you want to explore Salt, and Silver Glen Springs. You can also swim in the canal where there is plenty of room to dock your boat. We really enojoyed our stay!

Wonderful vacation!

Wow, what an amazing house and host. From early morning drives down trails through Ocala Forest, to afternoon boat trips to Salt Springs or Silver Glen Springs to cooking at the house- it was everything we wanted for our relaxing week getaway. The outdoor speakers on the screened-in patio was a huge win in our eyes. We definitely will be coming back next year.

Great property on Lake George.

Spacious, clean, well equipped. We had several teenagers with us and they all had a great time. Plenty of room to spread out on the property, and large enough spaces in the dining/living room to gather. For boaters- the boat ramp and dock is great, but don't recommend for boats that draw more than 2ft due to the depts of the canal leading to the lake.

This is the one!

If you’re looking for something with plenty of room for family and a one heck of a back yard this is the one! Spring fed canal right on the lake, really close to silver glen and salt springs! Perfect location. We caught fish right off the dock, plenty of space to park the boat, awesome rope swing, zip line for the kids, even a kids room closet 2story play house “really cool” I don’t usually leave reviews but this place definitely deserves a good one. Brian was great and very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions, he even came over to help me load my 4 wheelers! Couldn’t be happier about our stay and can’t wait go back and stay again.

Amazing good time

We booked this beautiful, spacious, cleaned house for our son 18th Birthday. It was me, my husband, and 5 kids under 18. We had plenty of move to play Wi- bowling in yhe living room. All 4 bedroom were huge and cleaned and well as the 2 1/2 bathrooms. The neighbors were welcoming, friendly and informative. The owner Brian stopped by and checked on us to make sure we were happy with everything and made sure we had everything to enjoy are stay. He also showed us were the riding trails were and got to meet his 3 beautiful children. The yard was cut and cleaned and a pretty nice size for all the kids and are dog Ford to run and play. There is a beautiful dock out back were you can sit and enjoy some lunch or dinner and watch the kids jump off the rope swing and swim, along with a fire pit to enjoy on a cold nite. I really enjoyed sitting on the wrap around back porch in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee and the beautiful view. And the hot tube was a true Bonus after a long day of trail riding. So all and all, my hubby and I are already planning are next trip to come back. My family and I had the most amazing time here and are very happy with are stay of 4 nights. Thank you Brian so much for welcome us into your beautiful home and making it feel like we were home during are stay. Thanks, The Carley Family.

very dirty

This place was sooo NASTY! Dust hanging from ceilings and fans. Men's underware on bathroom floor. Women's underware on closet floor. Beds and pillow cases nasty with no clean linens on hand. We had to have one of our party stop and pick up 8 pillows the ones on hand were so nasty. Trash and food on floor. No clean towels. Switch plates and floors very dirty. Hardware missing from furniture. Screen door missing. No instructions for anything and never figured out how to watch TV. Carpet has large nasty looking stains. Electrical knobs broken on indoor hot tub. dirty towels on closet rack. Ice maker didn't work. No sheets on or for some beds. dirty socks on floor. Seemed most light switches did nothing. no clean linens, towels or wash clothes. half doze neighbor kids playing on dock around out boat. dock lights didn't work. broken dining room chair with dangerous broken piece sticking up. Cookware unusable for cooking. Kitchen drawers full of crubs and dirt. Silverware stained with food stuck to them. And all this is just the tip of the iceberg and mostly just for the downstairs. It appears this place has never been cleaned and it is nasty and in terrible condition. We asked the owner for a refund on the cleaning fee and he said to send list. We did and now he wont respond. I'm surprised we didn't have bedbugs. If you value a decently clean place to stay keep away from here. Your health could be at risk. I was so heartbroken for my family I considered moving to a hotel.

I built this home in 2006 for my family. I love the location on Lake George/Saint Johns River. We are surrounded by springs, lakes, rivers and The Ocala National Forest.
Property has 2 boat ramps located in club area.

What makes this property unique

Centrally located between Orlando and Jacksonville, Daytona and Ocala, Saint Augustine and Gainesville. Property is an hour away from the Atlantic Ocean and an hour away from The Gulf of Mexico. 70 minutes from Disney. Kids love the swing rope, zip line and jump tower. Kids room has custom 3 story playhouse.
