La vida de playa frente! Primera planta - pasos de la playa! Ventanas de piso a techo en la sala de estar y dormitorio, ofrece incomparables vistas panorámicas del golfo. Cocina con encimera de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios. 3 piscinas.

Esta es una hermosa casa de vacaciones piso en la primera planta. Al salir a la cubierta y de la playa. Las grandes ventanas con vistas panorámicas del océano. con playas luminosas y, Internet privada, 3 piscinas, gimnasio, ejercicios, etc.

La cocina está equipada con todas las comodidades del hogar (y más!) Le encantará su estancia aquí - Justo en la playa!

Recientemente renovado, con grandes mejoras, brillante y limpio! Nueva ducha de azulejos con opción de cascada de techo o ducha de pared. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario. muebles de la sala de estar con sofá cama. Gran TV 55 "pantalla plana con un montón de canales en la sala de estar y otro televisor de pantalla plana en el dormitorio. Nuestros huéspedes disfrutan de su propia contraseña protegida servicio wi-fi gratuita. El dormitorio tiene cama de matrimonio, ropa de cama cómoda, y grandes ventiladores de techo en cada habitación. El baño es grande y limpio. This place was beautiful. The view was awesome. Just walked out the door straight on to the deck, pools and beach. Could sit in any room and see the ocean. Had everything you needed. Loved every minute. Communication was great also. Thank you.

As avid and enthusiastic travelers of world destinations, here’s an in depth personal perspective review based on our travel experiences. Pros: the condo was nice, the host was responsive, the location was perfect, the beach was perfect this time of the year! (Blue and clear water, no seaweed), the condo looks in person just as it does in pictures, the bed and amenities were comfortable and adequate. The property was clean, time spent daily cleaning around the property for all of the condos that make up this complex. Not a single piece of trash nor bad smell during our stay. It’s very secure, in entry and exit! The views from this 1st floor were amazing! Such a refreshing view each morning waking up with all the large window open to enjoy the view of the sunrise and beach! Condo decorated well. It was a great short getaway overall. So the things that may be of interest as far as cons are: (this is no reflection of the owner, but the cleaning team) the condo was relatively clean.. our issues were the urine waste missed on the toilet bottom on the side that had been there for a while as it appeared. Also a small blood looking stain on the bathroom door. Blonde hair on the kitchen counter. Work being done on unit above us was annoying. Loud during the day. Owner allows no early check in nor late checkouts, even though property was open the day before our stay. 1st day/night is a waste checking in at 4pm & out at 10am departure day. Deck isn’t private, everyone walks by condo.
Broken toilet tissue holder. Easy fix but obviously not a concern to owner. Had to sit tissue on counter.
Old urine on toilet. Missed during cleaning. Not ok.
Tv cords going everywhere. And tv wouldn’t work last day(see screen message)
Blood stain. Ewww. Unacceptable & risk of contamination.

Entire check-in process was easy peasy. Parking was plenty convenient. You get a hanging parking pass for 30 for entirety of stay. The guys that work at the gate are fantastic about promptly letting you in and out. The room itself looks the same as the pictures provided at booking. Super clean and conveniently stocked with “things commonly forgotten.” Condo has 1 bedroom with a king bed with a nice set of sheets, comfy blanket, and 4 large pillows and some throw pillows. And we both slept well, so the bed is good. Smaller sized TV mounted to wall in bedroom. The bathroom has 2 doors; one to bedroom and one to living room. Nice bathroom…looks like recent upgrades have been added. Small, but charming and functional. Walk-in shower with seat. Plenty of TP, towels, paper towels, and beach towels provided by host. Kitchen has everything you need. Reg coffee maker with k cup on other side. Living room has large TV (both TV’s have DirectTV). Not that you’ll need either of them much. The best view is out of those beautiful sliding glass doors. So nice to have private beach and be on bottom floor. I don’t have one negative thing to say about the condo. Oh, and security is very active. Always seemed to be one walking by. And it’s close to EVERYTHING! Next to Pineapple Willy’s. Great Place to stay.

The view a location of the beach was great. Did not like no washer an dryer in room. They lock gates an don’t let you know then you have to walk way down to other entrance. Small but great for 2 people.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was exactly what we wanted—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Being right on the beach and on the first floor made it so easy to enjoy the view and access the beach in seconds. It’s also right next to the pool and just steps from Pineapple Willy’s! The owners were fantastic with communication and made everything smooth from start to finish. We had a great time and would absolutely love to rent this unit again in the future!

Great Stay!

The whole process from making reservation to interaction with host and condo personnel was so easy! The condo owner gave all information needed and condo staff were so helpful! The condo was excellent! Very clean and just as described! No complaints at all!

This sweet spot was all that we expected and more. There was a slight issue with bedding but the manager was able to rectify it quickly, so it didn’t impose on our fun or the overall cleanliness of the property.

Thank you for sharing your place with us! We enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect with easy access to the beach, stores, and places of interest. The condo is well stocked with the essentials you need if you choose to eat in. The on-site washer and dryer made it easy for us to do our laundry. We really enjoyed having access to the beach chairs each day. I would book this place again in the future!

The views... the views, the views, the views. It is unbeatable! The location of the resort is very central for getting around in Panama City Beach - or just staying! We love the open layout, and access to all things great about beachfront living. The cheerful interior makes you smile as soon as you walk in the door. It is a great get away.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The first floor walkout is as close to the white sand as you can get. We fell in love with the white "sugar" sand - our small children can play on the beach for hours without burning their feet. The amazing views never cease to surprise us and take our breath away... the sound of the ocean and the waves coming in... beachfront living at it's finest.
