Enjoy your stay in Breckenridge in this newly remodeled ski-in / ski-out studio, just steps away from the Quicksilver lift and Historic Main Street. This studio is located inside the Peak 9 Inn (formerly called, “Liftside”).
The unit has magnificent views of Peak 9, a full kitchen, free wifi and a queen size bed. The couch in the unit has a pull-out queen sized bed. Below is a list of the unique features of the unit and Peak Nine Inn.
-Ski-in / ski-out – steps to Quicksilver Superchair at the base of Peak 9
-Ski school drop-off is across the courtyard from the building
-Ski Area Views – the unit faces the ski slope and ski school
-Bathroom has two sinks and is divided into three rooms so multiple people can prepare for the evening festivities at one time.

Covered parking is available upon request. There are a limited amount of spaces so request a spot ASAP. Parking available (Ski Season Nov - Apr $20/night, $10/night the remainder of the year). A bill for parking will be sent to you separately.
There is a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, pots and pans, grater, mixer, dishes, wine glasses, wine opener, coffee maker, toaster, cookie sheets, casserole dish, mixing bowls, serving bowls, can opener, utensils and more.

We had an great trip. Condo was clean and comfortable, location is the best in Breckenridge it’s close to everything.

Great location, nice view, could easily become 5 stars.
Very nice room with above average furnishings. It also included an extremely close storage locker for ski gear although the room lacked clear instructions on how to access it. The owner was VERY quick to respond to pre-arrival questions (parking, etc.) and the management staff was also very helpful as check-in time approached. Downside - There was one ceiling light out on check-in but we were able to replace it ourselves with a bulb from the supply closet. The biggest disappointment was the lack of sufficient cleaning - hair in the bath tub, floor corners and baseboards had unknown ‘stuff’, etc. Still, overall it was a nice accommodation and we would very likely book it again if the turn-around cleaning and maintenance was amped up a bit. Also, though beyond the control of the owner or management company, the entire floor (if not entire building) did not have hot water the morning after our arrival. Notices had been posted of hot water disruption for that day (Tuesday) between some mid-day hours, but it was out very early in the morning (well before the scheduled time).

Highly recommend to anyone considering Breck for a ski or snowboard trip!
Communication prior to arrival was timely and thorough. We were provided specific instructions on how to access the condo, and had no issues even with our late arrival of 1am. Definitely download the homeaway app to access information easily.
On our first day we discovered Blue Moose—amazing breakfast and only a 5 minute walk from door to door.
On the way back, we stopped at Breck Sports to pick up our rentals. DEFINITELY rent from them if you stay in this condo. The shop is on the second floor of the building, and they will store your equipment over night. When you walk out the door from either Breck Sports or the condo, you are 5min from putting on your skis to get on the lift.
The condo is studio apartment size with a nice sized tv, plenty of drawer and closet space, comfortable bed, couch and small kitchen. Although we did not cook, it appeared that any pots, pans and utensils were available for that. We did take the 8 minute walk to the grocery store one day to stock up on water and snacks.
The lobby has Starbucks coffee for free every morning and a convenient store for snacks and other drinks.
Bathroom is nice, shower has great water pressure.
Every night we ate somewhere different in Main Street. The condo is basically at the start of Main Street, so it’s extremely convenient to walk anywhere you would want to go for shopping, food etc.
Our last day, we got massages at Simply Massage which is 2mins from the condo, and a nice way to end your trip!
Everything was clean on arrival and we had no issues our entire stay.

The location was so close to the slopes and Main Street. The unit was spacious, clean, had a comfortable bed and beautiful view of peak 9. If we visit Breckenridge again, I would definitely stay here again!
