Loved it!
Our family of five adults really enjoyed this cozy three bedroom, three bath townhouse right next to a beautiful stream and an easy walk to downtown and the lake! We highly recommend this rental to all who are able to walk up and down a lot of stairs! We loved it!
The condo was perfect for our family of five. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location beside the river and close to the lake was amazing. As a base for exploring the magnificent Rocky Mountain National Park it was very convenient
The property was clean, well furnished and decorated, in a great location and communication with the owners was flawless.
I and my family hope to stay here again!
We had a wonderful time at this location. We were a family with three couples, and the space was very comfortable for us. Check-in details were easy to follow. The space was clean and well-equipped. We had everything we needed during our stay. We loved that a propane grill was available for use. The location next to the rapids was absolutely lovely. We would definitely stay here again for future trips to Grand Lake!
Place was great. Hosts contacted us before our stay and were easy to reach. Only negative was that the bath for one bedroom was on the first floor and the bedroom was on the second floor. I did not see that on the listing. Otherwise, a great place for a group of 6 friends to have a getaway. Easy walk to shops and restaurants, lake and hiking trails. Beautiful waterfalls right off the back steps.
This is where we will be staying every fall from now on!!! We loved this condo and the location couldn’t have been better. The stream access was perfect for our kids and the condo had everything we needed! Can’t wait to come back!
This was a great place for our family (2 adults, 4 kids). Plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and cozy. Cute little strip full of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the Rocky Mountain National Park. Host was very attentive and easy to reach.
We were very impressed with the property, it was clean and had all the dishes we needed to make thanksgiving. Loved the fire place, probably my favorite thing! It was very cozy and relaxing to just spend time with my kids and husband. We will definitely be back. Also loved how close to the town it was.
This was a really great property for our family reunion (25 people). We were able to have a picnic dinner two nights by the creek in the back of the property. The only negative was that the condo was two stories up from the creek so there was a lot of going up and down stairs. But the setting by the creek was beautiful.

The Perfect Location in Grand Lake
Our stay started out a little rocky with a cleaning issue, BUT both Connie (with Evolve) and Tim (property owner) were both so responsive and quickly took care of our issue. Communication with both was amazing and Tim followed up with us several times during our stay to make sure the rest of our time in GL was all that we had planned for. The condo did not disappoint! We had plenty of room for the 4 of us, kitchen and bathrooms were stocked beyond our expectations and you can not beat this location if you love the sound of water and want to be close to town. We travel to Grand Lake frequently and would definitely look to book this same property on future visits!
I hate to give a negative review, as we had a great time. But the windows don't operate in the upstairs bedrooms, the kitchen layout was without thought (who needs a counter close by?) and the overall design and engineering of the building made us concerned for our safety walking along the walkway. But other than that, the riverside location and outside areas were lovely.

Betsy, we're glad you enjoyed the great location of this condo! The homeowner would like to note that the building is safe, and the stairs are angled purposefully so that the snowfall falls off instead of builds up. They are aware that counter space is lacking but are unable to do a heavy financial upgrade at this time with the removal of the murphy bed. The owner had reached out to the guest after you to check on the windows, and they were able to open them without issue. However, we're sorry you had encountered a problem doing so. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us, and leaving your feedback. Best, the Evolve Team
Location of property is excellent if you looking to stay in town. Everything you need is within walking distance. Communication with owner and cleaning staff was excellent. They were polite and accommodating. The unit was very clean. It is always nice to have a washer and dryer if needed. The Community gas grill was nice to be able to use. The bedding could be improved with comfortable blankets. The upstairs bathroom is a Jack n Jill bath - something to note if guests are all adults and prefer their own separate bathroom. Overall a wonderful, clean and convenient place to stay in Grand Lake.
