About Niki Schneider
I have been going to Estes Park since I was 3. Every year we drove to Estes in our station wagon from Topeka, KS to enjoy the crisp mountain air. Now with my husband and four grown children and grandchildren, we have a place to gather and make new memories every year.
Niki Schneider purchased this Cabin in 1998
Why Niki Schneider chose Estes Park
My Great great grandfather bought this land around 1910 and started building his first cabin. After his death, his children took over and built a cabin for each of them to enjoy the CO. summers. Nell's Cabin was next door to all of ours so when it came up for sale we had to buy it. It was a great addition. Now we can share our mountain memories with so many more. We live in Lawrence, Ks, but have a great team of people to help us make this dream a reality.
What makes this Cabin unique
Nell's Cabin is nestled in a quiet neighborhood of old historic Estes Park cabins. It sits on a hill overlooking the center of town with the BEST views of Longs Peak and the range. There is green space below, therefore we have lots of visitors. Elk, deer, chipmunks, etc. like to walk through and take naps below the deck. Our location makes it perfect to just park your car and walk to the center of town to enjoy all that it has to offer

Wonderful location. Cabin very clean, comfortable, sunny/bright, all the comforts of home. Property manager communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner, no surprises. Estes Park and surrounding area had lots of good restaurants but convenient to eat in as well. Easy walk to downtown shopping and eateries. Nice to sit on deck with great view of mountains and downtown. Many active things to do in the park. We especially enjoyed hiking, elk watching and the open air "adventure ride" up the mountain! Would certainly go back to Estes Park and stay at the cabin again.
We are so happy everyone has made wonderful memories in Estes. Come back anytime.
With Rocky Mountain National Park so nearby, the opportunities are endless. It has all the activities associated with mountains. The town of Estes Park also has many activities for children of all ages. We have goofy golf, big slide, bumper cars, bumper boats, go-carts, mini train, fishing, horseback riding, breweries, wineries, distilleries shops and restaurants galore. .
