Loved our stay! Great location. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. Definitely would stay here again! Loved seeing the mule deer, cottontail rabbits and hummingbird moth. Left our windows open and listened to the bugling elk in the evening and early morning. Can’t wait to return!!

Just a wonderful place to stay! There were 4 adults and we were all super comfortable. The kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything you need. We loved it. You walk right down to downtown and Bond Park. Could not beat the location. Patio has nice views. Thick bath towels. Beds were comfy. Super cozy. Felt like home for our 5 day trip. Any question I had, Susan got back to me immediately before the trip. Cannot say enough good things about this property. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place was the best!! It had everything you could need to feel completely at home. The beds were even comfy! The best part was that it was walking distance to the Main Street of Estes Park and a very short easy drive to RMNP. I also loved watching all the hummingbirds. We will definitely stay here again if we make it back to Estes Park. It was perfect for our family of 5. No one had any complaints.

Super clean, A/C worked great, everything worked great, saw 10 elk across street one night and then a pregnant cow elk one morning. The location is incredible. About a 2 block walk maybe to downtown. Would stay here again without hesitation.

The house was perfect for what we needed for our family. It was clean and well thought out. The location was a big plus as we could walk down the hill to the main shops and restaurants whenever we wanted. The two power reclining loveseats were nice to come back to after a long day of hiking. If we make it back to Estes Park in the future we will look to rent the house again.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage! It was an easy check-in & check-out, there were beautiful views, and downtown was just a short walk away. We plan on visiting again and recommending the cottage to any of our family and friends that wish to visit Estes Park.

Great location. Close enough to walk to the shops on Elkhorn without feeling like you’re in the middle of it, and easy access to RMNP. Clean and comfortable with plenty of cooking dishes/utensils as well.
