Location, location, location! We are excited to welcome you to our little piece of Heaven in downtown Estes Park and to provide you with an exceptional vacation experience. This luxury riverfront loft condo is ideal for family vacations, reunions, wedding parties, multi-generational families, yet it offers the peace and quiet for a romantic couples get-a-way. It is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, family activities, trails, golf and events in downtown Bond Park. Easy seasonal access to shuttle service to Rocky Mountain National Park. Condo features modern furniture, appliances, and furnishings--everything to make your stay relaxing.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with a private attached 3/4 bath. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. There are two sleeper sofas in the livings areas, one being brand new. We will happily provide a Pack 'n Play for your little one upon request. Games and books for evenings or rainy days.

The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes coffee, tea, paper goods and all the pots, pans, and dishes you may need. It features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have granite counter tops, tiled bath enclosures with glass doors and we provide the shampoo and lotion. There is a small cooler for your picnic in the park, and a crock pot if you want a warm meal waiting for you when you return from a long hike. Ed's Cantina, a local Mexican food favorite and Kind Coffee are a stone's throw away if you prefer to have your meals or coffee prepared for you.

Popular hummingbird feeder on the balcony provides hours of entertainment during the summer.

We will be happy to answer any questions you have about the Estes Park area and the National Park, including local favorites, day trip suggestions, etc. Just give us a call before or during your stay.

About Scott and Karen Thompson

Scott & Karen Thompson live and work in Estes Park; Scott as a real estate consultant and Karen as an executive assistant at Town Hall. We have lived in Estes Park nine years, but like many, have been visiting the area since childhood. We sincerely enjoy hosting guests giving them the a quality place to stay, and information they need to make their vacation pleasant. The Estes Valley and Rocky Mountain National Park have so much to offer, and we are blessed to live here year-round. Giving back to the community is important to us, and we especially enjoy volunteering for local events like Elk Fest, Catch the Glow Parade, and the Estes Park Duck Race. We have two adult daughters and enjoy hiking and serving others in our spare time.

Fantastic location!

Condo is contemporary and spacious - very livable. The river walk the condo sits along is wonderful - the sounds of the river and Hummingbirds are incredible. We walked nearly everywhere. Great shops, food, and breathtaking views. Owners are excellent. We would return most definitely!

Great location, great experience

Really loved looking out on the river walk, and checking out the hummingbirds. They were feisty and active. The location was perfect for morning coffee from Kind, and then walking out to dinner. We'd love to come back.

Beautiful Stay

Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful condo for a 5 night stay! It was spacious, decorated beautifully, had updated features, and was extremely clean!! We felt very comfortable and at home here. The location of this condo made it convenient to walk the streets of down town Estes Park, shop the many stores, and enjoy ice cream by the river. The only two minor complaints we had were the noise of the street at night (it was a bit hard to get used to and we had to sleep with the windows closed, which then made the condo too warm) and the parking (the lot out front of the condo was always full). Despite these two complaints, we wold definitely stay here again!! We have 3 children (ages 14 and twin 10 year-olds) and they absolutely loved being able to sit out on the balcony and watch the river and the humming birds. So much fun!!! Thank you, Scott and Karen!!

Owner's Response: We are so glad that you had an enjoyable experience in our downtown loft condo. The downtown location does have many benefits and a few obstacles. The central air conditioning does allow you to keep the windows closed to buffer the noise from nearby Kind Coffee and Ed's Cantina. Many of our guests utilize the parking permit we provide to park in the lot just across the street and use the free shuttles that go all over town or into Rocky Mountain National Park. The new 417 space parking garage just opened and is a couple blocks away. The hummingbirds are so much fun to watch this time of year and the balcony is the perfect place to watch them or the river below. Please do come back and visit with us again.

Loved it!

The condo is lovely. Everything was provided - it was great not to have to pack a bag with sheets and towels. We had so much space to stretch out and relax. There were only four of us, but six would be very comfortable also. The balcony is beautiful, even in the rain. The location is fantastic; everything felt like a short walk. Even the parking wasn't as far away as it seemed on the map.

Clean Condo with Great River View

The condo was super clean with plenty of extra towels - always a plus. Nice to have AC on hot summer days, too. Location is ideal if you plan on spending most of your time on the main drag. Within walking distance to some great shops and good restaurants. The parking garage opened during our stay & made absolutely no difference - parking is a nightmare during peak tourist season. Even with a permit, without a spot specifically reserved for the condo, you are just out of luck.

Owner's Response: We are glad you had a wonderful time. Many of our guests park in the lot just across the street when they arrive and don't use their car again until they leave. The free shuttles run all around town and into RMNP. The parking garage just across Highway 36 from the condo offers 417 new spaces and is a great start. I think it will take some time to catch on because every time I drive by it there are a lot of open spaces. July is the busiest month. Please come back and visit us again.
