Location, location, location! We are excited to welcome you to our little piece of Heaven in downtown Estes Park and to provide you with an exceptional vacation experience. This luxury riverfront loft condo is ideal for family vacations, reunions, wedding parties, multi-generational families, yet it offers the peace and quiet for a romantic couples get-a-way. It is within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, family activities, trails, golf and events in downtown Bond Park. Easy seasonal access to shuttle service to Rocky Mountain National Park. Condo features modern furniture, appliances, and furnishings--everything to make your stay relaxing.

The Master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with a private attached 3/4 bath. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds. There are two sleeper sofas in the livings areas, one being brand new. We will happily provide a Pack 'n Play for your little one upon request. Games and books for evenings or rainy days.

The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes coffee, tea, paper goods and all the pots, pans, and dishes you may need. It features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have granite counter tops, tiled bath enclosures with glass doors and we provide the shampoo and lotion. There is a small cooler for your picnic in the park, and a crock pot if you want a warm meal waiting for you when you return from a long hike. Ed's Cantina, a local Mexican food favorite and Kind Coffee are a stone's throw away if you prefer to have your meals or coffee prepared for you.

Popular hummingbird feeder on the balcony provides hours of entertainment during the summer.

We will be happy to answer any questions you have about the Estes Park area and the National Park, including local favorites, day trip suggestions, etc. Just give us a call before or during your stay.

About Scott and Karen Thompson

Scott & Karen Thompson live and work in Estes Park; Scott as a real estate consultant and Karen as an executive assistant at Town Hall. We have lived in Estes Park nine years, but like many, have been visiting the area since childhood. We sincerely enjoy hosting guests giving them the a quality place to stay, and information they need to make their vacation pleasant. The Estes Valley and Rocky Mountain National Park have so much to offer, and we are blessed to live here year-round. Giving back to the community is important to us, and we especially enjoy volunteering for local events like Elk Fest, Catch the Glow Parade, and the Estes Park Duck Race. We have two adult daughters and enjoy hiking and serving others in our spare time.

Nice place and great location

If you are looking for a place that has everything you need including spacious rooms and all the amenities this is a great choice. We enjoy walking around downtown Estes Park and enjoying the restaurants and shops during our stays, so it was nice to simply step out the front door and be right there! One concern I had was if the downtown noise would be a problem at night as we have young kids, but we had no such problem. Another nice thing was the washer and dryer were free and we didn't have to go hunting for quarters like we've had to in some other places.

What a Tremendous Experience!

We had looked so forward to our return to Estes Park. I am not sure how long it had been since our last visit. We drove up to Estes Park from the Airport in Denver. We could not believe how much the town had grown, and how truly beautiful it still remained.

We located the Condo as per instructions, unloaded our baggage and climbed the stairs to find a delightful Condo at the foot (or beginning) of Elkhorn Avenue. The Condo was stunning! Our youngest son, David, and his wife Diane, had driven us from Denver.

We gave them the choice of Bedrooms and after unloading our suitcases we went for an outing to check out destinations we longed to see. The outing was brief because we needed

to eat dinner, shop for groceries and hopefully get a good night's rest. But to my chagrin, the night became a nightmare for me. I began hallucinating and to an unpleasant degree I had problems locating the bathroom in the middle of the night.

The Condo provided us with excellent accomodations, but my health made everything uncomfortable. It was difficult for me to sleep, and even more difficult for me to walk

distances, and especially to climb stairs or walk up slight grades without difficulty breathing.

We took a trip up Old Fall River Road to the top of the Trail Ridge Road. Going up my knees began to hurt as if my knee caps were about to explode. At the top I was extremely out of breath, and desiring to be at lower altitudes as soon as we could.

After experiencing pain and short of breath, we decided to return to Denver the following Monday and return to Dallas. What a predicament we found ourselves experiencing. To return to a place I had visited so many times beginning in 1959, and returning many times, I was forced to forfeit my dream for the sake of my health.

I must say the Condo was our salvation for five days and nights. We discovered how well appointed it was, and how it suited our needs remarkably. The owners of the Condo had

prepared for our coming and had treated us graciously, but health was more important than pleasure. I will always remember how much we longed to be in that place, and how very much we dreaded to give up our vacation. Memory will remind us of how much we enjoyed our stay and how much we missed by having to return home. I feel fairly well now, but still trying to understand it all.

Great location, wonderful space, great balcony

We rented this condo for a weeks vacation in Estes Park. It was centrally located, easy to walk to anything downtown. Parking lot by condo door was sometimes tricky to get into for unloading and the closest parking lot by the library was very busy during the day but ample spots were available in the evenings. The amount of space was incredible- huge open concept living area, kitchen & dining space. We had our family over for dinner one night and we could comfortably fit all 12 of us to eat and socialize without feeling on top of one another. Bedrooms were good sized, as were the bathrooms. Even the sofa sleepers were comfy. The washer/dryer was a great asset! Loved hearing the river from the balcony and the hummingbirds were fun to watch. Overall a great unit ( pictures are very accurate) and we do plan on returning in the future! Karen & Scott we’re great hosts.

The new parking garage is a couple of blocks away and accessible via the under the road walkway next to the river. It always seems to have spots available. Please do come back and stay with us again.

Lovely property. And while you provided music and sounds to block out outside interference, the food deliveries and garbage pickup were indeed noisy. Several

of our guests commented that the room should have been designed backwards--with the bedrooms over the brook.

Clean, spacious and comfortable

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the condo.

My children were sad to pack up and leave.

All comforts of home were included so we didn’t need to purchase additional items at the store.

We loved the beautiful, small touches throughout.
