About this property

This is a gorgeous, newly remodeled condo in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. It is a walking distance or short drive from most major Scottsdale attractions including shopping, dining, nighlife, spring training and other live sporting events and concert venues. This resort style community, and beautifully remodeled condo, is an ideal accommodation for your stay in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

This updated condo is located on the first floor and very close to the pool, fitness center, yoga studio and golf course. It features two bedrooms with king size beds and two bathrooms, one with a tub and shower and the other with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, window shutters, a bedside table, large floor to ceiling mirrored closets and alarm clocks. The master bedroom also features an en suite bathroom.

You will find carpet throughout except for the kitchen and both bathrooms, which have tile. The kitchen is stocked with all dishes, cutlery and cooking necessities.

For in home entertainment the living room features a 46' HD plasma flat screen tv, equipped with Direct TV and Sunday ticket, in addition to complimentary WiFi. The living room has all new furniture including a sofa which has a Queen size pull out bed and love seat which can accommodate 4-5 people comfortably.

The location within the complex is great, as it is fairly isolated and very quiet at night. The two pools, hot tub, yoga studio and fitness center really make this complex feel like a resort! The pools are also heated in the colder months! The pool area is furnished with high-quality, cushioned lounge chairs, side tables and regular chairs and tables. You will also find two barbecues poolside for your use. The large fitness center features ample cardio and weightlifting equipment to choose from, a yoga room, lockers and change rooms.

Right behind the apartment complex you will find the Continental Golf Course, described by locals as the 'fun place to play' and can be enjoyed by all ages and skill levels. Running beside the golf course you will find 22 miles of trails to walk or bike on. These trails lead you along to natural areas with ponds, picnic areas, dog parks and playgrounds for children.

Great condo close to Old Town

This was our third year in this condo. We were there for two months (Jan - Feb). The condo has lots of nice upgrades and has everything we needed for our stay. The location is great - walking distance to Old Town and Giants Stadium. The heated pool is great. Lots of chairs with nice cushions. The owner is great to work with and responds very quickly to any issues.

Nice Place to Stay in Scottsdale

We enjoyed our stay. It is a good location with a grocery store right across the street and only a mile from Old Town Scottsdale. Newly remodeled so it is very nice. Pool was very nice and was heated so nice and warm. Lots of space to relax around the pool. The owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would stay here again if we return to Scottsdale.

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo originally to enjoy ourselves as a vacation property. We loved this property for the location and amenities! It's a 2 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale which has so many great things to explore, including shops, art galleries, bars, the best restaurants (our favourites are Bandera, The Italian Grotto and Grimaldi's). The condo itself feels more like a resort to us. It has a great pool and hot tub with comfortable lounge chairs, just like you'd find in a resort! The gym facility is also quite impressive, with lots of cardio and weight lifting equipment to choose from, plus a yoga room, lockers and change rooms.
