*Please be advised that we are not able to give out more than the allowed number of parking permits per reservation, Overnight parking in Breckenridge is limited during the winter season to only the Ice Rink lot located off of Boreas pass road. You are not able to leave your car there continually, so it must be moved each day. This can be very inconvenient. Other options may be to look for overnight parking in other areas of Summit county such as Frisco or Dillon.

Perfect!!

Location was perfect for our family, skied four days, unit was ideal on first floor to walk right to the slopes in less than 5 minutes, after getting booted up. Nice big kitchen for family dinners in well accommodated kitchen. Host very accommodating to work with our arrival/departure times, would definitely stay here again.

Great Property, Perfect Location

Absolutely true ski-in, ski-out property. My stay was in the Summer but I can see this as an affordable gem during ski season. Plenty of room to host family and a few friends. Kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and dishes to meet just about any need. The property itself is a bit older than the surrounding new developments. It is however, well maintained and very clean. Bonus - you share a private walkway to the base of Peak 8 with the brand new "Grand Colorado on Peak 8" Great shortcut to riverwalk gondola for those visiting in summertime. Dish Network with substantial channel offerings available in main living and both bedrooms to keep any little ones entertained during the evenings. Recommend this property without hesitation for its value play. Enjoy! Breckenridge is fantastic!

This was a very clean property in a great location. Communication was incredible. Kitchen was well stocked. Our you g kids appreciated the back door to forest. We felt very welcome. Everyone was able to fully relax. Couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Great location, very comfortable

Skied for three days and loved this location, ski-in ski-out was key for our family with varied skills and interests in skiing. Condo is very cozy, can see the ski slopes from the windows, and the ski locker is an easy way to store gear. Didn’t use the hot tubs but saw others in them and they looked nice. Condo is well equipped with bathroom and kitchen supplies, but bring quarters and detergent for the laundry room. Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Breck.

Definitely recommend. Location is great for Ski In/Out. Location to ski rentals, restaurants, and coffee within walking distance. Ski locker easily held all skiing gear for 7 people. Property manager very nice. Communication was great. Property was clean and quiet. Parking garage on first floor has more clearance for large SUV/Truck than second floor parking garage. Make sure to bring quarters for washer/dryer. Bring your own pillows. Overall, excellent experience.

This was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. Loved how it was right on the slopes so we could head up the Colorado SuperChair every morning. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was so much space to hang out after snowboarding. Loved the fireplace and the floor-to-ceiling cubbies for storing all the gear. Place was perfectly clean. Would absolutely stay here again and again.
