Just completed major renovation and ready for visitors both new and our growing list of repeat retreaters! If you loved Seabrook and our villa before...you owe it to yourself to experience all that is new and great about Seabrook.

Whether golf is your pleasure or strolling along the unspoiled beaches is your dream vacation, Seabrook Island is a place like no other. Enjoy a sunset horseback ride along the beach, swim in crystal blue pools or investigate miles of nature and bike trails. This spacious, fully-furnished two-story villa is located a short walk off the white sandy beaches.

The living room, kitchen, dining room and a half-bath occupy the first floor. The second floor features an enormous bedroom overlooking the fairway with a large bathroom and laundry room complete with washer and dryer. A sofa sleeper is located in the living room providing accommodations for two additional guests, if desired. A pet friendly place where you can enjoy the beaches with your best friend and your partner, too! A fully equipped kitchen with more than you could want. The entire villa has just been decorated top-to-bottom. Bring only your clothes, a good book, a bottle of nice wine and a desire to relax!

Wonderful vacation!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the High Hammock condo! The communication was great, check in was easy, the condo was very clean and well appointed. Located on one of the golf courses, perfect location! Thank you for a great vacation!

In a busy world that asks much of us all the time, a few days on Seabrook with my dog were just the thing. This location was quiet, comfortable and we enjoyed our time. We'll be back for sure!

Wonderful Experience

We had a wonderful time staying here on our recent trip to Seabrook. The condo is one of the cleanest I have stayed in. The host was very accommodating and helpful with acquiring an extra parking pass for our guest. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our time here! The community is absolutely beautiful and we loved taking the dogs to the private dog friendly beach! The villa is spacious, clean, and peaceful. Hosts were great to communicate with. Definitely recommend staying here!

After an initial issue with the room, we found the rental to be comfortable. The location was quiet and somewhat secluded, but most of Seabrook Island is similar. If you want a party scene, this is not it. We loved our time here. We did find that the sheets had not been washed. The host was very responsive, apologetic, and planned to speak to the cleaning crew. We were able to replace them with brand new sheets available in the closet. Also, the host refunded a portion of our stay which we found to be a fair response for our trouble and initial disappointment. We would not hesitate to stay again.

The Villa

Everything was lovely. The Villa was clean and had lots of extras to take advantage of.One suggestion: we would have loved to have had an information sheet telling us how to access wi-fi and how to navigate the tv remotes, etc. We were also given the number of the host to call with questions but when we called, he didn’t answer and his message box was full. All minor issues- Thanks for a lovely stay.

October is a great time to visit

We decided to buy this property as our second home. Because we love our dogs and the island is such a dog-friendly island we decided to share our dream with other deserving dog lovers when we cannot be at the property ourselves. It has been a wonderful experience overall with many repeat retreaters staying numerous times in our beautiful slice of the world!

Why they chose this property

Most beautiful and most dog-friendly island on the mid-Atlantic coast. Can't imagine finding an island more beautiful and serene than Seabrook Island. We park the car when we arrive and enjoy a car-free stay. So much to see and do!

What makes this property unique

Where else can you enjoy a bobcat running through the wetlands while you walk back from a day at the beach, watch dolphins swim just a few feet from your dinner table at the Beach Club? Miles of nature trails. Bike, run, jog, swim, tennis, kayaking, horseback riding. What else could you possibly want or need?
