Homosassa Springs Waterfront Home Perfect For Fishing, Boating And Scalloping

Three Bedroom, two bathroom home. 26 foot boat dock. Fully equipped kitchen. Sleeps 6. Home has one King bed and two queen beds. Large porch overlooking the water. Amenities include washer/dryer, Brighthouse cable and Wifi, central heat/air, gas grill and garbage pickup. Minutes by boat to the main river and located on large canal (Little Piney Bay). Boat lift is not available for use but you are able to tie up your boat on either side of the dock.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Lovely waterfront property

Perfect! We loved it so much! Dolphins in the canals. Easy kayaking paddle to Old Homosassa. House was equipped with everything we needed. Vicki was great and always quick to respond.

Christmas getaway

My family gathered in Homosassa for Christmas. We rented this house and another less than 1/2 a mile away in the same neighborhood. It worked out great with being able to walk / ride bikes between the 2 houses. This property was great with the large screen porch and the wide section of the canal. The large garage was also a nice surprise. We had a little trouble figuring out the dishwasher, and perhaps some better instructions on it (as well as the trash can location) would be great, but the house itself is comfortable, clean, cozy and functional.

Great spot!

Great location. We brought our own boat and had easy access to the springs and the bay. Fishing was awesome. House was stocked with everything we needed. The host was great. We extended our stay for an extra week and enjoyed the extra time!

Great property in Old Homosassa

My family had a great vacation at Vicki's property in Old Homosassa. My teenage boys loved fishing out back and caught several nice size catfish (biggest was 16inches). The neighborhood was well kept and quiet. We met some neighbors and they were very nice. It was nice on Saturday evening to sit out back or on the screened in porch and listen to the music from a local establishment. Not sure which one but it was nice. Everything was smooth from the online booking, communication, check in and check out. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Actually it had a few things I don't have at home. We will definitely try and stay at this property again if we do Thanksgiving in Old Homosassa again. The garage fridge was a huge asset for extra food and drinks. The only small grievance is the king bed wasn't as comfy as the other sleeping spots. But that is not a deal breaker.

Amazing Property

We stay here every year. It’s like home away from home. Has everything you need. The owners are amazing to communicate with and always respond to messages fast. So glad we found this property about 5 years ago and have been able to come back every year since. We look forward to this vacation every year! Already counting down the days til next year!

Great Boating Location!

House was very clean, cozy and very well stocked with everything you may need! We have Family in Sugarmill Woods and had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Our 23ft boat fit nicely on the dock and Crumps and Macraes were minutes away by boat. Best vacation in a long time!

My husband and two sons travel all over Florida to fish in different locations. This was by far our best trip and accommodations. Extremely clean and well stocked, this home was so comfortable! Vicki was attentive and quickly responded to questions. We will be back for sure!

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect place for us to spend Thanksgiving week especially during COVID times when we didn’t want to be around crowds. It had all the conveniences of being at home. Had room to keep our boat docked and boat trailer parked in the driveway, even brought our dog! The house is clean, updated and very close to everything to do in Homosassa. W had excellent weather all week too. We will definitely be back.

This property is in a good location and the house has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. After figuring out the boat dock with the owner we had a relaxing stay and would suggest staying at this property.

Not happy with having to work to l clean up after each failures of the septic system, unit should be ready for occupancy the grill also wasn’t ready too cook on we spent over a hour to make it fit for food

Another great vacation.

This is the forth year we have vacationed at this house in Homossasa. The property is in a great location on the water with easy access to the Gulf for fishing and scalloping. The owners communicate well and the house is outfitted with all the amenities. We will certainly stay here again.

Great vacation in Homosassa once again!

This was our third year staying here and it was perfect once again. Loved the easy access to the Gulf for scalloping. Beautiful views, great dock right in the backyard with water and power close by, and plenty of parking space for the trailer, truck, and cars out front. Alittle piece of heaven on the Homosassa

What a wonderful house on the water. Perfect home for our boat. Everything down to the individually wrapped soaps in the bathroom made us feel very pampered: great beds, luxurious linens, herons and egrets visit daily 10 feet from the door, dolphin feeding in the canal, great appliances, and owners very responsive to all our needs. Wouldn't change a thing.
