Lovingly maintained and updated, this surprisingly spacious home offers hardwood on the first floor, 2 brms plus a bath, updated sunfilled kitchen with sliders to a deck overlooking a glorious, fenced yard complete with potting shed with all necessary beach gear. On the second floor you will discover the oversized master retreat with skylights, double closets; a full bath plus an additional bedroom.

Walking distance to association beach from where kayaks can be launched. A quick drive or bike ride to a number of Falmouth beaches, restaurants and shops downtown.

Home away from home

This is the second time I’ve been a guest at this charming house. The back yard is excellent for small children with it bring fully fenced in. The house is very clean and well stocked. I would definitely recommend this house as a rental, you won’t be disappointed

Great location. We were in Falmouth for a 70 year birthday party. Accommodations were great. Two minor criticisms-we ran out of propane for the grill (1st day) and the lawn wasn't mowed.
