Two separate seating areas with TV's in each. Awesome views both both a lagoon and the famous Atlantic Dunes Golf Course. In 2025, some spectacular updates were made including upgraded WIFI and televisions, newly finished hardwood floors and a reconfiguration of the primary bedroom improving privacy and access to the first floor bath.

One of our most sought after Premier Properties, #6 Lighthouse is part of the exclusive Lighthouse Block 1, featuring the closest location to the Beach Club and a fantastic semi-private pool that is temperature controlled for 8 months of the year. Amazing 15 nights in Hilton Head

A Wonderful place to stay. The heated pool was right out the back door and the beach was a 5 minute drive. We saw turtles and a few alligators as well as birds and beautiful flowers. So much to see and do in the Sea Pines area of Hilton Head. So sad to be heading home.

Amazing stay!

A wonderful HHI rental. Perfect location. An oasis. Very peaceful - backs onto the golf course. We had lovely early morning walks around the golf course. The pool is RIGHT outside your door. Surrounded by trees - very picturesque. Warm heated pool. We bikes everywhere. Very close to the beach, restaurants etc. can’t beat the location. We would love to visit again.

Overall Good Stay

Overall the unit was comfortable and well stocked. The master bedroom is on the first floor and lacks privacy. The master bathroom is actually divided into 2 locations. The toilet and sink in one spot and the shower is in the laundry room. There is nowhere to store toiletries nor to hang towels or wash clothes once used. The beach, which is within walking distance, is closer to 1/2 to 3/4 of a mile away. You will definitely need a beach wagon or cart to haul everything to the beach.

Excellent location, nice pool, but not cleaned well before our arrival

The location of this townhouse is excellent, one of the best in Hilton Head (Sea Pines), 6 - 8 minutes walk to the beach and Beach Club, and with a nice, semi-private pool in the back of the house. The furnishings are of good quality, and the house has everything you need for a nice vacation. Now for the bad part: in our particular case, the house was not cleaned well before our arrival. The floor was dirty, our socks got dirty after walking on it, the countertop was also dirty, and the bathrooms as well. After 9 hours of driving, we had to spend some time cleaning the house again. During these times of the pandemic, I feel it's very important for a house to be very well cleaned before arrival. I love to leave 5-star reviews in general, and overall we had a great vacation, but in this case, I have to lower the rating because of cleanliness, hoping that the issue will be fixed, and the next guests will enjoy a cleaner house. It's so easy to invest a little more time and clean it better and make it a true 5-star home.

Vacay with the grandchildren

The property location is great, close to the Sea Pines Beach Club and close to Harbortown and South Beach. There is a bike rental shop just across the street and we enjoyed riding bikes on the many bike paths. The 2 bathrooms are very small with very little space to store any supplies. The master bedroom is downstairs, but the bathroom is not private, and the shower is not in the bathroom, but in an adjacent room with the washer and dryer. That was a little inconvenient, with children running around. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. The pool is just steps out the back door, so very convenient.

Nice pet-friendly property in a great location

My husband and I rented this property during our recent visit to HHI. There is a nice, well-furnished, open kitchen and two sitting areas. It is literally steps to the pool (which only a handful of condos have access so it isn't crowded). The beach access isn't far by bike (or even a walk). You can easily bike to Harbour Town, Coligny Plaza and other areas on the island. There are two courses within walking distance of the condo. FYI...the "master suite" is on the first floor but it has a unique set-up. There are two accordion doors that separate the room from the hallway and there isn't a dedicated master bathroom.

Great condo and location

The condo is spacious, clean and location is perfect distance from the beach and biking to various places like Harbor Town, Salty Dog, even Coligny. The only surprise and slight inconvenience is the layout of the downstairs bedroom, bathroom and washer. The photos do not clearly show that the toilet/ sink is separate from an open shower area in a hallway combined with the washer/dryer. We couldn’t walk back there to the washer if someone was in the shower! The carpet needs to be replaced but otherwise normal wear/ tear of furnishings. Loved having the pool just steps behind our patio door! We would stay there again.

The property is as advertised on VRBO, comfortable and well equipped, so ideal for a getaway. What's not as clear from the listing is how perfectly it is located. Walking distance to the beach and golf, short bike rides to elsewhere in Sea Pines. Added bonus, we needed some extra linens and towels, and the hosts dropped those off within an hour or so of our asking. Would highly recommend, especially for families, and it is very pet friendly too.

Vacation paradise

The property was excellent, loved the proximity to the pool and that we could walk to the beach club and beach. Also enjoyed using the bikes and having dinner and drinks at the beach club. Very well stocked and beds were comfortable. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Reviews don’t do it justice!

We were so sad to leave this morning. Everything about this condo was perfect for our family. It hits every major point for us: walking distance to the beach, cleanliness, and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the pool immensely and mostly had it to ourselves the whole week. The pool is landscaped beautifully and was warm enough to swim in March. We watched alligators swim by and lay by the side of the canal. Bike riding was a blast as always! We really can’t wait to go back!

Great place to stay for bike riding, walking, and going to the beach. Everything was right there. Kitchen well equipped and it is a very pet friendly rental. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Great location
