Located just 5 blocks from Buccaneer beach, 2 blocks from restaurants, this highly upgraded 1400 sqft offering comprises the entire top floor of a recently built duplex in South Oceanside. Upgrades include 10 foot ceilings, bamboo wood floors, granite countertops, custom doors, and well appointed bathrooms in both Master Suites. A garage for one car is also provided and has 4 beach bikes, 5 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, umbrella, and beach cart for your enjoyment.
If you have young children a pack-in-play, booster seat, beach toys, and a small bike can be provided on request.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas oven, microwave, ice-maker, and all the standard items to prepare a large family meal. It is stocked with items such as plastic bags, storage containers, tin-foil, dishwasher soap, hand soap, and many other items which are often missing with short-term-rentals.
A dedicated outside patio with lounge chairs, and gas barbecue is also provided in a well landscaped environment.
Premium cable service with recording capability is provided on three-LCD TVs located in the main living area (50 inch) and both master suites. High speed cable modem with wireless internet works throughout the entire unit.
South Oceanside , and just blocks to many restaurants and shops, and you will quickly see why it has a “walk-ability rating” of 74.
FYI, if more guests need to be accomodated, the other unit in the duplex (2 bedroom-1 bath) can also be rented VRBO (#4054307).
Checkin is easy using Keyless locks.
Your own washer/dryer is located in the unit and laundry soap is provided. Additional parking is available just outside the garage.
Located under 1 mile from two main highways, and a few blocks to the local train, it is easy to visit other areas including Legoland Amusement Park (15 min), Sea World (35 min), the San Diego Zoo (45 min), the San Diego Wild Animal Park (30 min), Disneyland (60 miles) and Knotts Berry Farm (66 miles).

-Please get prior approval in writing from me if you are under 25 years old.
-No events are parties.
-This is a quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of others after 10pm.
-Must clean all dishes and throw out all trash when you leave.
-If there are any issues, please let me know ASAP..and I will try to fix.
-Only one well behaved dog is allowed without prior approval.
Please be aware that the train in Oceanside runs from 200ft to 400 ft along the road closest to the ocean. So if you want to be close to the ocean, you will hear some train noise. This unit is located 320 ft from the tracks, and you can see from the reviews it has not been a problem. But I want to make sure everyone is aware.

This 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit was built custom for the owner and includes all upgraded materials. Full Kitchen, washer Dryer, one parking spot in garage, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys.
What makes this Condo unique
This unit was built by a builder for himself and the quality can be seen throughout. With two master suites everyone will be living in style. Just 1 mile from Highways 5 and 78, it is easy to go anywhere. The beach and eating places are just a few blocks away, Legoland 10 min, Seawold, Disneyland, San Diego Zoo, and the Wild Animal park are all about 45 min from the unit. Bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and umbrella are all located in the garage. One spot is also provided for your car.

Warren has done a very thorough job of thinking of anything and everything needed for a great stay!! The home was beautiful and we enjoyed all the little things even down to a foot massager 😊 If we visit Oceanside again we would stay here without hesitation.
Great Oceanside accomodation.
We spent the Month of March in this very comfortable condo. Very well equipped and maintained. Two separate bedrooms with ensuite allowed privacy for two couples. Within a couple blocks from the beach, close to many restaurants. Additional items in the garage for use: beach cruiser bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas.
Property owner (Warren) was very attentive and responsive to all our needs. Coaster train runs very close and is noisy but we adjusted easily, given the excellent location.
I stayed here with a couple friends and we all loved it. There was plenty of space and loved that we each had our own bed, and it was super convenient that there was a laundry inside the condo too! We walked to the beach one day and it was only a 5 minute walk, and it was very easy to find the place from the freeway. As well, there are a TON of great restaurants within a 10 minute drive from the condo. Everything was super clean and Warren was great about letting us check in early and making sure everything was good for us! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect family getaway
The two-master layout makes this home a perfect set-up for traveling with my in-laws to visit the beach. My two children and I stayed in the master with two beds and we had plenty of room. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully remodeled with an elegant Tuscan style. The parking was so easy and spacious. Warren is a wonderful host and has thought of every detail including beach chairs, bikes, and even a foot massager that my husband loved! Warren sent a detailed guide that was really helpful. We stayed during the winter and enjoyed the relaxing double-sided fireplace and the fireplace in the living room. I highly recommend this beautiful vacation rental.

Nice place. Very clean. Parking for two cars. Walk a block ( half block) really, to good pizza and a beer place. (Best pizza and brew) free plug. Thank you Warren. We had a great time over Thanksgiving week. (90 degree's. Amazing weather. We never needed AC. But it was there if we needed it. We will return. Last thing. I slept great. Thanks, makes a huge difference waking up and being ready to go.

No smoking inside unit or even on property grounds. Cancellation Policy: * Before 30 days of arrival date: Full refund minus $50 fee. * Within 30 days of arrival date: No refund of the rent paid, but will send back cleaning fee and tax paid. If you do cancel within 30 days of arrival I do try to rent out the period cancelled and will send you back any funds received up to the amount you paid. No promises, but try to let me know ASAP so I can try to re-rent. No refund if within 30 days. I will fully refund the cleaning fee and city tax.
