"A Loggia" offers you the exclusive Urban apartment. The apartment consists of a large room with balcony which can accommodate up to 4 people, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with all needed tools. Apartment cleaning is included in the price. For families we have baby cot, bath and changing table.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, free-wifi, TV 32", balcony with double glazed windows. Bathroom has hairdryer and heat exchanger for air heating. Flat has also a well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and all the facilities needed for cooking.
The large room is suitable for up to 4 people: 2 people in a double bed or, ON REQUEST, in two separate beds (1 double bed + 1 single bed); 3 people in a double bed and a single bed; 4 people in two double beds.
In the same room there is a comfortable living area with table, four chairs and a sofa.

On your arrival, you will find city maps, information brochure about public transportation, city sightseeings, places of interest, monuments, theaters, events, restaurants, places to eat etc.

We are on the first floor of a three storey building.
There is access to a main entrance and from here to two independent apartments ("Urban" flat and "Natural" flat) each of which has an armored door.

Flat is located inside the former district of the "Loggia", nowadays the mandate of "Castellammare", a stone's throw from the port of Cala, the pedestrian area of Piazza San Domenico and the historical market of Vucciria, famous for its "street food". Both the heart of the historical center and its promenade are easily reached on foot. At 500 meters, about 7 minutes on foot, you can reach the "Quattro Canti di Città" ("Four Corners"), heart of the historical center, from which branch off the main artistic historical itineraries of Palermo; Cala harbour is at just 250 meters away and the seafront of the Foro Italico can be reached in 15 minutes. The entire historical center of Palermo can be easily visited on foot.

The area is well served by public transport. A few minutes is the stop of the free "Navetta Free (N / F)" that runs through Palermo historical center; just 5 minutes walk is the bus stop "Prestia & Comandè" that connects the airport with the city center (bus stop "Via Roma-Rinascente"); the nearby via Roma and via Crispi are the main roads for public transport, making it easy to reach places outside the city such as Mondello beach or the town of Monreale.

The Central train station is about a kilometer, about 15 minutes on foot. The port is about 1.5km away in 6 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot.

For those who reach us by car, we inform you that we are inside the historic center and therefore the "Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL)", valid from Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm. It is possible to park without having to buy the necessary pass in the nearby "Free Parking ZTL" located between via Castello and via Fratelli Cianciolo. Our apartment is located only 3 minutes walk from the parking lot. In case you need, we can get the pass in advance to move freely within the historical center.
