Italian Fantansy Takes you away ..............

Santa Maria Novella is a 10 minute walk from the Dome, the Heart of Florence. It has two floors where there are my kitchen, my bathroom and my living room downstairs and my bedroom and my laundry chamber upstairs.
Anyway any guests are gonna enjoy my house services below:

1) Airconditioners. Heat system

2) two Enthernet networks

3) A Wash-drying. An iron (for doing the iron)

4) In the kitchen: Dish-washing, fridge, cooker, boiler, American coffee machine, Italian coffe machine (Espresso), microwave

and: coffee, White sugar, brown sugar, between spices.

Plus It has all the necessary objects to cook, if you need or you want to do that (and to Full HD flat television in my living-room)

5) There is a car parking, not mine(I invite you to pay attention to this feature) not owned and manage by myself that is 50 metres away from my house whose cost is 10 euros the first day, 15euros the second one and 20 euros from the third one. So you are not going to have the problem to find your place

Great apartment

Our stay was short but very nice. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The host was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

A warm welcome to Beautiful Florence

We felt at home at this beautiful property ! And it was so close to everything ! Our host, Alessandro, made us feel very welcome and was most helpful! Would recommend this home away from home, to anyone !

The best place I stayed in Italy

The hosts are reliable, friendly, and attentive. We were worried and apprehensive about the check-in process as we had not been informed that we would be met in person, but we were warmly greeted at the property at our scheduled arrival time and given a detailed explanation.It's a really family-friendly place with cozy, clean bedding, a kitchen that's easy to cook in, and even a washer and dryer. There is a cafe nearby and the palm store on the way to Florence Cathedral is a great place to stock up on groceries. Hands down, this is a great place to stay.

Close proximity to central Florence. Only downside was that we were told there was free parking but when we arrived we were told there wasn't and we had to pay for parking close by.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful place, super clean, accessible to bus stations, cafes nearby. If you staying for a couple of days buy in advance public transportation tickets. Alessandro is very accessible to contact anytime. We had a pleasant time in Firenze!!

Everything was excellent. Very kind and considerate. The only only only thing I would mention and indicated to him already, is that he needs some liquid dish soap in kitchen. He has a dishwasher but the day we left I didn’t wash our cups and spoons because no soap. I didn’t want to run dishwasher for that little bit.

Alessandro was a kind and gracious host. He was very responsive in messages. He was helpful in storing our luggage as well. He met us at the home and gave us a tour. He even generously had a bottle of wine and some snacks waiting for us. We felt like VIP guests! (We appreciated it even more because our trains were delayed for 3 hours). Alessandro was kind and flexible to meet us after our delays too. The home is just lovely! The decor was well planned and charming. To us, it was like something out of a magazine! The kitchen had a full size refrigerator and everything you would need. Once we stayed, we wished we could stay more days! The only downside was that the shower was quite tight for my 6’4” husband. But we loved everything else. It was so helpful to do a round of laundry as well! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This stay rates as one of the highlights of our trip to Italy!

Stay here!!! Alessandro is a generous and helpful host who goes out of his way to ensure a good experiencce for his guests. The apartment is absolutely charming - I wish i could bring Alessandro home to decorate my house! So many thoughtful and attractive features. There are many stairs up to the apartment and within the apartment itself, so this is a consideration. However, we two seniors took the second, downstairs bedroom with a sofa bed and were just as comfortable as our adult grandsons who slept upstairs. There are many restaurants nearby and transportation to all the major sights is close by as well. This is a lovely home in a beautiful city.

Amazing apartment in a great area

I had the best time in Florence staying in Alessandro’s apartment. It is in a quiet area that is only a 20 minute walk to the centre. The apartment is very well equipped and is very nicely decorated. The only thing I found difficult was the shower - it is very small and it would help to have somewhere to put your bottles etc - I found that I had to open the door in order to reach down for them - If you were a larger person you would struggle with the size of it. That being said I found a way around it and I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone staying in Florence❤️

Lovely apartment!

This is a beautifully appointed apartment, very clean, and in a convenient location to several cafes and restaurants. Alessandro assisted in carrying our luggage the 3 flights of stairs to the apartment, getting us settled with instructions for our stay, and in helping reserve a taxi for our morning departure. Our only suggestion would be clearer communication as to connecting with the host upon arrival. When you arrive at the address, the foyer door is locked. There are several keypads for code enabled entry and several doorbells, but we were not given the entry code or instructions as to which doorbell to ring. While it should have been easy to reconnect with our host via VRBO messaging, we were unable to access the VRBO app on our phones, so had to track down a restaurant with WiFI access. A wonderful stay over all- a quiet location and 3 efficient air conditioners ensured a comfortable sleep!

Beautiful apartment with wonderfully caring host

We stayed for 2 nights in this apartment. Alessandro has gone out of his way to ensure that the guests feel welcome. He had thought of all the little things we could need, including wine and Italian cookies to welcome us, soap, shampoo and even clothes detergent for the washing machine. The apartment is quiet and in a beautiful building which was about a 30 min walk to all of the tourist attractions. It was also very clean (and I’m hard to please). There were air conditioners in every room, and fly screens on the windows. We had arranged to meet Alessandro to check in, but we were driving from the north and kept hitting unexpected traffic. Apple maps kept increasing and decreasing the time of our arrival and when we finally made it to Florence we got lost - we didn’t realise that Alessandro was waiting on the street outside the apartment for us- we felt terrible. Despite waiting so long for our arrival, Alessandro still had infinite patience to show us around the apartment and explain how everything worked in detail and answer all our questions. It was a pleasure to stay here and had a lovely charming vibe.

Tolle Tage in Florenz

Die Lage der Wohnung ist erstklassig. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuss mitten in der Altstadt von Florenz - ein Auto wird nicht benötigt! Das steht gut in der Nähe auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen oder in der wenige Meter entfernten Tiefgarage Paterre (15 € der Tag). Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Bildern. Und mit Alessandro habt ihr einen sehr netten Vermieter.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Florenzbesucj

Tolles Apartment in Laufentfernung zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Kleine Küche, Essplatz für vier, ein Wohnzimmer, kleines Bad mit Dusche und Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach. Dank Heizung und A/C war es angenehm im Winter und dürfte auch im Sommer gut sein. Zudem ist Alessandro ein super aufmerksamer Gastgeber.

Ca ete un fantastique séjour entre autre a cause de M Alessandro, un parfait gentlemen!

M. Alessandro a ete très disponible a l’arrivée. Son appartement est très propre et très bien décoré. Une btle de vin et des gourmandises étaient a notre accueil. Condo tres tranquille et a 20 min a pied du Duomo. C’était un bonheur d’être chez M Alessandro. A recommander fortement.

An amazing property just perfect for our family of four

Alessandro was very accomodating allowing us to check in early and took the time to explain everything to us including recommendations for local transport and restaurants. The property was very beautifully decorated and contained everything we needed for our stay. The property was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four. The location was just a short stroll to all the main attractions and restaurant district and even had a fantastic restaurant next door. We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again some day. Thank you Alessandro for making our time in Florence easy and memorable!

Close to city center

We had a wonderful stay in Firenze. Alessandro was easy to communicate with. He suggested a parking garage near by which made it convenient for us. We walked about 20 minutes to get to the city center to enjoy some sight seeing then after we checked in the apartment. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean, and had AC. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful apartment.

Excellent place to stay

The apartment is one of the best we have ever rented. It is very tastefully decorated, quiet, centrally located but just outside the ZLT (15 min walk downtown). Three air conditioners ensure a good room temperature even in the summer. Parking is available about 300m away in a parking garage (Paterre). Alessandro is a very nice host who will help you with all your questions. The apartment is an absolute recommendation!

Perfect location inn Rome

We were glad that we did not rent a car in Rome but our taxi had no problem finding it and we were greeted by Claudio who was friendly and helpful. The accommodations were everything we needed for our stay in Rome, comfortable bed, great bathroom, well stocked kitchen. The location of this property was excellent. We walk everywhere so being close to the Pantheon was central and we were able to take in all the sites. Lots of great restaurants near by including Giolitti the oldest ice cream shop in Rome. We would highly recommend this apartment and stay here again if we are back in Rome

Great Location

Very reasonable price for a great location, especially for 4 sharing, 20 min walk into the centre of florence, Clean, bathroom is a bit small, but it did the trick, I was awaiting delivery from ups and I was having a problem and I asked Alex to come to the apartment to talk to ups on the phone, which he did , it was a great help and he didnt have to do it, much appreciated

lovely stay

Stayed at this property for 2 nights and I must say the apartment is lovely, spacious and beautifully decorated. I would say it's a 20 min walk to the Dome but a easy flat walk all the way. Really enjoyed our stay and cannot fault it.
