Awesome Condo and location.
I think one of the highest compliments you can give, is repeat business. This is the 5th time we have stayed in Alex's and Michelle's condo and we just love it. What is not to love? Alex and Michelle have COMPLETELY renovated it in 2018. New Kitchen and Bath cabinets, new slab counter tops, removed a wall, made the kitchen larger, new sinks, moved the dishwasher, new electrical, new windows and a beautiful BIG sliding glass door, new A/C, new furniture, new bed , new bedroom furniture, new screen front door and the whole unit has brand new tile floors ( even the grout lines line up from the bedroom all the way to the Lanai). WOW, no DOUBLE WOW!
Alex's and Michelle's condo is without a doubt the NICEST condo at Kona Reef.
Location, location, location. It is perfect for us. Kona Reef has the amenities that are nice, Gas Barbeques, Hot tub, swimming pool and you are about 23 feet from the ocean (no kidding, 23 feet). We walked throughout the Town every day we were there. The farmers market, restaurants, the pier and even snorkeling has easy access all without using the car.
We think Alex and Michelle do a fabulous job as owner. They have a wonderful condo in a lovely part of the world. To sum this up, this is an EXCELLANT condo that will exceed your expectation in everyway !
Your only regret is that you did not stay a few days longer.

The lanai was the place to be. Quite honestly, we travel when we go someplace so we are rarely at our property, but the mornings and the evenings were spent on the lanai. What an incredible location and an incredible condo. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and RIta, who is the local person found a document we left as we were leaving and went out of her way to get it back to us prior to leaving the state to go home. The condo is great. Quiet, friendly, and beautiful. Go get some local coffee and fruit so you can start your mornings overlooking the incredible surf with fresh Kona coffee and pineapple, papaya, mango, or even some HUGE avocados. My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better situation. Steps from all of the restaurants and shops of downtown Kona area. Loved our stay and if we head back to this area, we would absolutely look immediately to see if this condo is available again. Enjoy your stay, don't have any reservations about this condo. Well equipped and ready for you to stay. Thanks for allowing us to share your condo!
Great place for a couple
Convenient, comfortable with a great ocean view. Nice weather. Alex was very helpful. My only regret was that we left to stay on the east side of the island for 4 nights of our 12 day stay. Stay in Kona or northwest. Do not listen to the people or advice books that tell you that you should stay on the east side to better explore it. The weather is horrible on the east side. Take one day to see the waterfalls but stay on the west side. Alex and Michelle have the perfect place for couples. Thanks again Alex. We had a great time staying at your condo.
A piece of paradise.
Wonderful location ! We walk all over town from this condo. We have stayed at this condo many times and it has always been in perfect condition, exceptionally clean, well stocked, and comes with views of spinning dolphins and amazing sunsets ! Alex and Michele are constantly updating the condo, keeping it fresh and comfortable. The new king bed is heavenly ! D-12 at Kona Reef is the best !

We have stayed in this condo before, the owners are great hosts. The unit has been renovated, great improvements. I would highly recommend this unit anyone. It located close to the town site, great pool, great view.
Visiting the Kilauea Volcano, Kona coffee farms, Rainbow falls, Place of Refuge, Snorkeling at Kahaluu Beach Park, Ride on the Atlantis submarine and Deep sea fishing. Also, try Stand up paddle boarding. Take in a luau.
