This classic Victorian home has been newly updated inside and out. Home features gorgeous new Travertine Tile and Hardwood Flooring, Two Living rooms, Bar Area with glassware and dishes for fanciest of entertaining. Updated kitchen with granite counters, gas range and everything you need to create home cooked meals. HUGE master is spacious with vaulted ceilings. Second room offers queen Murphy bed. Den may be used for additional guest with inflatable mattress or futon. Spacious private patio with seating for 6 and stainless BBQ grill and fountain. Home will include bikes and beach gear, just bring yourself! Now also includes gym quality workout gear: elliptical, Nordic track bike with iFIT and huge screen for fun curated bike rides and some light free weights (up to 20#) and bench.

I have been a Coronado Resident since 1994. My parents purchased this home in the 1980's pre-construction. Home had been updated: kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, fireplace and paint and new central AC, brand new front loading washer/dryer.
Why they chose this property
This home is ideal for someone that wants to leave their car parked and relax by walking everywhere. Although this is a townhome, it feels like a single family. there is a lot of privacy both inside and out and it . Clean home of non-smoker.
What makes this property unique
The private patio is ideal for having outdoor BBQ/dinner with relaxing fountain, dining table, outdoor sofa. Walkability is A+ for this location.
