Newly remodeled, Mid-century ranch house on one acre. Close to Lotus Land, 5 minutes to Butterfly Beach and 10 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara. Ocean and mountain views, garden, orchard, huge play structure for children, sprawling patios. Indoor/outdoor main living space with an open floor plan. Chef's kitchen. Two master suite bedrooms. Other two bedrooms have a King and a Double. One bedroom/office with comfortable pull-out queen couch.
